Rucriminal.info continues to talk about the criminal epic, which ended in a series of bloody murders. One after another were killed: the owner of Sodbiznesbank and Credittrust Alexander Slesarev with his family; the co-owner of the National Capital bank Dmitry Plytnik was kidnapped and brutally murdered; another co-owner of the National Capital bank, Philip Degtyareva, was kidnapped and killed; kidnapped and after torture killed and dismembered the head of the bank Kutuzovsky Oleg Novoselsky.
Briefly about the first part. Plytnik brought a “fat client” to National Capital in the person of Arkady Berkovich (formerly Arthur Khabibullin). He brought large sums to the bank. Then it turned out that Berkovich is a financier who manages the shadow cash desk of the Russian Railways management and the mafia money, including the organized crime group of Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako). Once Berkovich gave the go-ahead to transfer 300 million rubles from the National Capital to Slesarev's Creditrast. Then this money disappeared, Credit Trust went bankrupt. Berkovich explained that this is the money of "big people" and everyone who was involved in operations with them would answer. As a result, it was agreed that Kreditrast would transfer to the National Capital the right to claim loans for 700 million rubles. The bank will receive money and settle accounts with Berkovich. However, he got tired of waiting and demanded to immediately transfer 700 million rubles to him. Disassembly began. On the side of the National Capital were Parfentiev Artem Vyacheslavovich (current employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) and his father, Major General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Parfentiev Vyacheslav Mitrofanovich. Berkovich attracted to his side the bloody raider, the head of the Sigma group, Pavel Svirsky. However, his task was only to squeeze the National Capital. As it turned out later, at the same time Berkovich attracted Aslan Gagiev to the solution of the issue, on whose account the organized criminal group had dozens of victims.
As a result, a decisive meeting took place between the co-owner of the National Capital Alexander Shevchenko and Berkovich. As in the best films, it took place on the bridge. On it, Berkovich asked how much the National Capital "welded" from the received loan funds of Credit Trust. Shevchenko at Berkovich cghjcbk: "Is it so important for you to know?" To which Berkovich A.G. said: “This is important to you. Vital".
Soon after that, Shevchenko, Degtyarev and Plytnik were having fun in a strip-base, and after Plytnik, policemen "held" right in front of Degtyarev's eyes. Jko's fighters have already joined the topic. Only after the defeat of Gagiev's gang was it possible to find out the fate of Plytnik. OCG member Dzhako Goneri Dzhioeva testified about how Plytnik was kidnapped and killed after torture. An interesting moment is where Dzhioev talks about how people from the "special services" arrived in the building where Plytnik was tortured in black SUVs, one of which had a beacon. According to the source, it was Svirsky who came together with "unidentified" representatives of one of the law enforcement agencies. The Plytnik's body was dismembered, weights were tied to the remains and thrown into the river.
After the murder of DS Plytnik, Berkovich organized a meeting at his favorite restaurant "Mao", where his accomplices presented an ultimatum to the co-owners of the National Capital Bank, Shevchenko AE. and Degtyarev F.V.
It is noteworthy that this "meeting" was chaired by Pavel Svirsky (the leader of the Sigma raider group, which in the early 2000s included Irina Nikolaevna Zhidkikh). Soon after the meeting, with the help of the documents of the murdered Plytnik, the National Capital Bank was seized by Svirsky, Berkovich and Co. But the bloody story did not end there.
Rucriminal.info continues to publish Shevchenko's testimony about the bloody epic.
“Around October 2004, A.G. Berkovich called me. and offered to meet one on one. I agreed. Our meeting took place on a pedestrian bridge located across the ring railway, not far from the office of our bank. The main meaning of our conversation was that A.G. Berkovich. I was interested in how much I earned on a loan transfer transaction from A.Yu. Slesarev's bank. Credit Trust to our bank JSCB National Capital (CJSC). I replied that our bank takes a standard commission of 0.2 percent from the money returned, and I personally do not earn anything from this. Then I asked AG Berkovich: "Is it so important for you to know?" To which Berkovich A.G. said: “This is important to you. Vital (said in the affirmative). " After that we parted.
For one or one and a half months, the routine work continued on the return of loans transferred from the bank Slesarev A.Yu. Credit Trust to our bank. In the same period at Plytnik D.S., Degtyarev F.V. and Parfentieva A.The. (junior) there were "arrows" (meetings) with A.G. Berkovich. At the same time, from the side of Berkovich A.G. the multimillionaire Pavel Mikhailovich Svirsky, known in criminal circles under the nickname "Kolkhoz" (ex-husband of the singer Lada Dens), and who at that time headed the well-known raider group called "Sigma", where she worked as the chief accounting and audit specialist Irina Nikolaevna Zhidkikh, that is, the same woman , with which Plytnik D.S. took part in the seizure of shares in OAO Gazprom and with which he had an unresolved conflict over the distribution of money from the sale of the stolen shares. For some reason, not only A.G. Berkovich turned out to be against us during this period. with the people behind him, but also Slesarev A.Yu. Approximately in October or November 2004, according to Plytnik D.S. I also learned that the latter in the same period in the cases of A.Yu. Slesarev. several times traveled to Switzerland, on what business, Plytnik D.S. did not spread, but, something of him (Plytnik D.S.), Degtyareva F.V. and Slesareva A.Yu. connected what exactly, I do not know.
Degtyarev F.V. He reacted extremely nervously to the situation, constantly feared that A.G. Berkovich and the people behind him will deal with him, said many times: “I want to quit, I’m tired of everything, why did I go to Credit Trust,” while repeatedly repeating that A.G. Berkovich. several times he expressed threats that he would be dealt with if he was not paid all the money in the amount of 650 or 700 million rubles.
I want to clarify that at the end of November or in the first days of December 2004, Plytnik D.S. came to my office. and said that he and Parfentiev A.The. (junior) had a conversation with Slesarev A.Yu. and Berkovich A.G. in some restaurant. This conversation is Plytnik DS. secretly wrote it down. Record of this conversation Plytnik D.S. handed it to me on disk and asked to save it, without explaining why. This disc, given to me by Plytnik D.S., is kept in my secret place, and a copy of the said conversation, copied from the disk transmitted by Plytnik D.S., I attach to the indicated protocol of my interrogation. If necessary, the original disc, given to me by Plytnik DS, is ready to be handed over to the investigating authorities.
On the evening of December 17, 2004, F.V. Degtyarev and I. sat in the cafe "Coliseum", owned by Sheremet Viktor Nikolaevich (a friend of the Parfentiev family) and located in the same building with our bank. A few minutes later we were also joined by Plytnik DS, who was in a very high spirits and told us that all problems had been removed, “the war was over,” he agreed with A.G. Berkovich. and Slesarev A.Yu., therefore this event should be noted. Plytnik D.S. invited us to the strip-bar "Flash", located in Moscow on the street. Malaya Dmitrovka. Plytnik D.S. I intended to go there together with FV Degtyarev, explaining that he had sent his driver and security guard for someone who, like us, was invited to a strip-bar. I refused to go with them and asked Degtyarev F.V. on the way to the strip bar take me home. Degtyarev F.V. and Plytnik D.S. They took me home in FV Degtyarev's car, a gray Toyota Prada (I don't remember the state registration numbers), and went to a strip-bar ourselves. At the moment when Degtyarev F.The. gave me a lift to my house, I noticed that a black Jeep car followed us from our bank (I don't remember the state registration numbers and the make of the car). This car followed us almost to my house. At that time, I did not attach much importance to this, I just thought that I was "catching up" unnecessary fears. After that I am more than Plytnik D.S. did not see or talk to him on the phone. On December 18, 2014, at about 05 o'clock, F.V. Degtyarev called me on my mobile phone from an unknown cell phone. and said that just before his eyes Plytnik DS was arrested, whom he dropped off at the house of his ex-wife. Thus Degtyarev F.The. explained that after he dropped off Plytnik D.S. on the street near the house, without entering the courtyard, turning around, he saw DS Plytnik running from the arch towards the park, throwing off his jacket on the way; two men are chasing him, a little later Degtyarev F.V. heard two at the moment when Degtyarev F.The. began to dial my phone number, he was knocked on the car window by a man with a submachine gun in his hands, dressed in a camouflage uniform similar to the uniform of law enforcement officers. This man asked F.V. Degtyarev. about where he is calling. Degtyarev was confused and asked what was happening. The man said: "The swindler was caught." Then the man took FV Degtyarev's phone, took out the SIM card from it, and returned the phone. Then the same man took the second phone of FV Degtyarev, which worked without a SIM card, looked at it, and, not finding a SIM card in it, returned it back to FV Degtyarev. According to F.V. Degtyarev I realized that after that, he immediately left the indicated place and immediately called me, informing me of what had happened. Considering that in relation to Plytnik D.S. a criminal case was being investigated, all his entourage, admitted the possibility of arresting the latter. I happened, as I recommended to F.V. Dyagtyarev. notify V.M. Parfentiev (senior), who was the head of the security service of our bank. Having previously phoned, in a couple of hours the three of us, that is, I, Degtyarev F.V. and Parfentiev V.M. met at the bank, went to the place of abduction of Plytnik DS - to the house with an arch on the street. Flotskaya in Moscow, former wife of Plytnik D.S. lived. together with children. In the snow, we clearly saw the imprint of a lying person with outstretched arms and traces of a struggle
We did not find any traces of blood or cartridges. Examining the area, I was surprised why Plytnik D.S. went to the house of his ex-wife, although at that time he no longer lived with her, but lived in another district of Moscow with a woman named Svetlana (I don’t remember her last name and patronymic).
The next day, according to F.V. Degtyarev. I learned that he, together with V.M. Parfentiev. (eldest, now deceased) and former wife of Plytnik D.S. -Plytnik Natalya Nikolaevna went to the police department to write a statement about the abduction of Plytnik DS. On December 19, 2004, P.M. Svirsky called me. and offered to go to talk to the ex-wife of Plytnik D.S.-Plytnik N.N. Since I did not want to go alone with Svirsky P.M., so I invited Sheremet Viktor Nikolaevich (a friend of the Parfentiev family) to go with me. We arrived at Plytnik N.N. home on st. Flotskaya, they asked if she had any additional news about the whereabouts of Plytnik D.S. Plytnik N.N. replied that no information about the whereabouts of Plytnik D.S. she doesn't have it. Leaving the entrance, I noticed that Svirsky P.M. holding the familiar Plytnik DS portfolio in his hands, but did not attach much importance to this, as he thought that this portfolio was Svirsky PM took with the permission of Plytnik N.N. Subsequently, Plytnik N.N. told me that the indicated briefcase had disappeared, in which there were the passports of Plytnik D.S. and various bank documents, from which I concluded that this portfolio was stolen by PM Svirsky, since he saw the real portfolio in his hands under the circumstances described above.
On December 21, 2004, at about 8 o'clock in the morning, the employees of our bank told me that the bank had been seized by unknown people in the number of about 100 people. These people were headed by P.M. Svirsky. and a former employee of our bank, Simonov Konstantin, who was previously dismissed from the post of head of the credit department of our bank, as we were suspected of receiving kickbacks from clients for issuing loans. In the first half of the day I did not go to the bank, because I saw near my house a similar black “jeep” car, which followed the car of FV Degtyarev. in the evening of 12/17/2004, when the latter, together with Plytnik D.S. gave me a lift to my house. From the apartment, I called the law enforcement agencies and announced the attack on our bank. Several hours passed and the specified jeep car parked near my house drove away. I did not remember the state registration numbers of this car. After a while, D.S. Degtyarev called me. and reported that Simonov K., together with the bandits who tried to seize the bank, were arrested, and Svirsky P.M. disappeared somewhere. As it became known later, Svirsky P.M. explained to the law enforcement officers that he was a client of the bank, came there on his own business and was released. I arrived at work in the afternoon. And I saw that there were many law enforcement officers in the bank's premises who were looking into what had happened. For this raider seizure on the same day, that is, December 21, 2004, the investigation department at the Department of Internal Affairs of the Basmanny District of Moscow opened a criminal case 176072 on the grounds of crimes under Part 4 of Art. 162 and part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In the course of the investigation it was found out that the raider seizure was carried out on the basis of forged documents ”.
And now Rucriminal.info cites the testimony of a gang member, Jaco Goneri Dzhioev, about how Plytnik was kidnapped and then killed. An interesting moment is where Dzhioev talks about how people from the "special services" arrived in the building where Plytnik was tortured in black SUVs, one of which had a beacon. According to Rucriminal.info, Svirsky came along with "unidentified" representatives of one of the law enforcement agencies.
“In mid-December 2004, S.L. Beglaryan called him on a secret phone. and said to come to the Base, located on the street. Boat, 3, in Moscow. He immediately in his car VAZ 2110, gray, state registration plates 565 or 566, the series does not remember, arrived at the Base. Dzhioev A., Nikolaev M., Alymov O.N. were at the Base. nicknamed "Gypsy", Beglaryan S., who told him that it was necessary to "capture" a person in order to talk to him. He didn’t say which person, he didn’t ask unnecessary questions. He did not have a weapon with him, he did not see that anyone had it, except for MK Nikolayev, he always carried Makarov's service pistol, since he had already worked in the police. At that time, he knew that the specified person had been watched since the summer of 2004. Usually Dzhioev A.B., Beglaryan S.L., Nikolaev M.K. were engaged in surveillance. On one of the days of summer, that is, June - August 2004, at about 21 o'clock S.L. Beglaryan. someone called, but not from the "Family", and said that the right person was in a nightclub. They were given the command to go to the nightclub, it was one of the coolest nights clubs in Moscow, it was located not far from the street. Tverskoy, next to the Rizhsky railway station. There were three possible exit routes from the club, one of which had to "block" it, that is, stand in this direction and after a certain car had passed by using a secret mobile phone, inform S.L. Beglaryan. For each such "exit" by S.L. Beglaryan, in addition to the secret phones used in everyday life, new secret phones were issued with new SIM cards, which were collected by S.L.Beglaryan after the departure, their further fate was unknown to him. He drove his car VAZ 2110, Beglaryan S.L. placed them in their places, he also gave him the recorded car number. Since he had a bad memory, he immediately told S.L. Beglaryan about it, who put him on the most unlikely exit. He was supposed to look behind a Volvo passenger car, he does not remember the color, the state registration plates were written on a piece of paper. The other two exits were "blocked" by AB Dzhioev, which car he was in, he does not remember, and Nikolayev M.K. on a VAZ 2110 car, black, he does not remember state registration plates. Beglaryan S.L. on a Toyota Land Cruiser 100, black, with silver molding, he does not remember state registration plates, he was in the area of a nightclub, maybe he was in it. The specified car did not pass by him. Where were Gagiev A.M. and Yashkin E.I., he does not know. Almost in the morning, S.L. Beglaryan called him on a secret phone. and told him to go to the Base, where he handed over a conspiratorial phone to him, the latter let him go home. Beglaryan S.L. said that the man turned out to be too fast, left. At that time it was autumn, but there was no frost, snow and rain yet. Several months after this incident, that is, in mid-December 2004, at about 8 pm Beglaryan S.L. phoned him on a safe phone. and said to come to the Base, on the street. Lodochnaya, 3, in Moscow. There were O.N. Alymov. nicknamed “Gypsy”, Yashkin EI, Gagiev AM, Dzhioev AB, Nikolaev MK, who told him that it was necessary to “capture” the person who was previously being followed. The task was set by MK Nikolaev, who said that it was necessary to block two entrances to a multi-storey building (more than 10 floors), which is located near the Snezhnaya Koroleva shopping center in Moscow on Flotskaya Street. As he understood, someone not from their company Beglaryanu S.L. transmitted information about the movement of this man. Approximately between 21 and 22 o'clock this evening they left the territory of the Base in a VAZ 2110 car of Nikolayev M.K., under his control, he was sitting in the back passenger seat, in the front passenger seat was Dzhioev A.B. nicknamed "Figure" ... Earlier he testified that Alymov ON was traveling with them. nicknamed "Gypsy", but now he remembered that it was not ON Alymov, but AB Dzhioev. They were dressed in everyday winter clothes, which one he no longer remembers. He did not have any weapons, he did not see any other weapons. Upon arrival at the indicated house, they stood from the side of Leningradskoye Highway, the front of the car to the park, to our right there were apartment buildings. As he understood, Nikolaev M.K. previously with S.L. Beglaryan. discussed the place to stand on. Nikolaev M.K. there was a walkie-talkie with whom he kept in touch, he does not know for sure, assumes that with Gagiev A.M. On the other side were A.M. Gagiev. and Yashkin E.I., as it seems to him, in a Toyota Land Cruiser 100, silver color, state registration plates, he does not remember which Rahim used to ride, he does not know who was with them yet. There was snow outside and deep enough, knee-deep, the air temperature was more than -10 degrees Celsius. In the morning, approximately between 05 and 06 o'clock Nikolaev M.K. received a message on the radio: "Runs in your direction." They got out of the car and ran across the path, Nikolayev M.K. ran in front, he and Dzhioev A.B. they ran after him, whom they had to grab, they did not see, they just ran after M.K. Nikolayev. The snow was deep, having run about 10 meters, it fizzled out and fell, Dzhioev A.B. I ran around him and after about 5 meters from him he also fell. When he got up, about 30 meters from him he saw that M.K. Nikolaev. holds a person lying face down in the snow, and AM Gagiev approaches them. and Yashkin E.I. When he and Dzhioev A.B. approached, the man was already handcuffed in the back position. The man no longer resisted and was silent. He was not wearing outerwear, he was wearing a sweater. He was a man of 30-40 years old, Slavic appearance, average height, about 175 cm, thin build, oval face, he did not consider facial features, blond short hair. Nikolayev M.K. constantly carried handcuffs with him. he put them on. M. Nikolaev took the captured man to his car. Nikolaev M.K. put the man in the back seat of his car, he sat to the right of this man, and Dzhioev A.B. sat down to his left. More in the car nobody sat down. It took no more than 5 minutes from the moment they heard that he was running until they put the man in the car. Nikolaev M.K. got behind the wheel of a car, they drove to the Base on the street. Lodochnaya, 3, in Moscow. At the time of the capture of the said man, after he was handcuffed, he realized that he was becoming an accomplice in the crime of kidnapping by an organized group of persons. He did not refuse to participate in the crime, because of almost all the persons involved in the attack, he was one of the elders. If he left the scene of the crime and refused to continue it, then he would be considered a coward. Being in family and friendly relations with the rest of the abduction participants and unwillingness to be prosecuted, did not allow him to turn to law enforcement agencies with a report about the crime. Thus, he gave his tacit consent to participate in the criminal activities of the group of persons indicated by him under the leadership of A.M. Gagiev. It was then, in December 2004, in the courtyard of the said house in Moscow, that he gave his de facto consent to participate in a criminal group, which is now called the Semya criminal community. This was the first crime in which he took part as part of a group of persons under the leadership of A.M. Gagiev. After about 30 minutes, they arrived at the Base. Nikolaev M.K. took the man out of the car and led him into a room located next to the entrance to the car service on the right side, if you stood facing the entrance, he walked behind them. Nikolaev M.K. told him to sit with the man in the room. A concrete floor was poured on the floor without painting or any coating. The room was completely empty. The room was not heated. The man spoke to him and asked him to let go. He spoke without an accent. He told him that people would talk to him and let him go. He said that the people who would talk to him would definitely not let him go. He again asked him to let go and said that he would give him one million dollars for this. But he told him that people would talk to him and let him go. He also wondered how this person could have a million dollars. He did not attach any importance to the man's words that he would not be “released”, really naively believing that after talking with some people he would be released. After about 30 minutes, S.L. Beglaryan entered the room. and told him to go out and be in the building of the car service, not to go out into the street. When he went out into the courtyard of the Base, there, one after the other, stood two new Toyota Land Cruiser 100 cars in black, state registration plates with the OO series, region 77, he does not remember the number of the state registration plate itself. On the roof of the car in front, on the left, there was a blue flashing light. The drivers sat in their seats, clean-shaven, in suits. There was no one on the front passenger seats, how many people were in the rear seats of the car, he does not know, since the windows were tinted. Gagiev A.M. stood near the cars. with a man of medium height, solid build, in a knitted hat, with a scarf that covered his face almost to the eyes. Who it was, he does not know. He went to the car service, there were O.N. Alymov. nicknamed "Gypsy", Omarov A.S. nicknamed "Rahim", Staikhevich A.V. nicknamed "Stas", Yashkin E.I., Nikolaev M.K., Dzhioev A.B. With the exception of the last two, these persons arrived at the Base 30 minutes after our arrival; he did not see who arrived by what transport. After a while they went out into the street with O.N. Alymov. nicknamed "Gypsy" in order to review the said vehicles as they were new models. Alymov O.N. nicknamed "Gypsy" asked the driver of a car with a flashing light how much such a car cost, but he did not answer, looked at him as if he were an empty space. They got the impression that these cars and people were from some kind of special services, because the state registration plates on them were popularly called "all-terrain vehicles", since such cars were not stopped by the traffic police. Beglaryan S.L. left the room where the abducted man was and told them to go to the car service and not leave there. After a while, Yashkin E.I. entered the car service. and said that Gagiev A.M. went into the room where the abducted man was. Approximately 30 minutes later, two jeeps left the territory; he did not see whether anyone got into them. Approximately 40 minutes after he left the room where the abducted man was, S.L. Beglaryan came. and said that he and Alymov ON. nicknamed "Gypsy" can drive home. They drove home in their shared car, who was driving, he does not remember.
