Sources of the VChK-OGPU telegram channel say that after much deliberation, Alexander Bastrykin in the TFR decided to rely on his first deputy, Eduard Kaburneev. He is now the chairman's top favorite and sees him as a successor. Kaburneev should probably flinch. All other favorites and "successors" of Bastrykin ended badly. In Dmitry Dovgy, he himself was disappointed and he went to the bunk. The head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow, General Alexander Drymanov, was disappointed by the employees of the M Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation, when it was established that he was among the recipients of a bribe for the release of the authority of Andrei Kochuikov (Italian). Bastrykin fought for a protégé for a long time, when over Drymanov "clouds thickened" he sent him on a business trip to Syria. It was believed that after a long trip to the "hot spot", counterintelligence officers would weaken their interest in Drvymanov. But it didn’t help, Drymanov had to resign and his old friend Mikhail Muzraev, the former head of the ICR department in the Volgograd region, went to save him. In his region, he organized a lawyer status for Drymanov. But he received a lawyer's profile before he was arrested. They arrested, first of all, according to the testimony of a student of Muzraev - the ex-deputy head of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow, Denis Nikandrova. And his subordinate, former deputy head of the Internal Security Directorate of the ICR, Alexander Lamonov, testified against Drymanov's friend Mikhail Maksimenko.

Александр Дрыманов

The testimony that Drymanov gave, while still the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow, is at the disposal of Rucriminal.info.

Drymanov A.A. testified that in the course of the investigation of the criminal case opened in connection with the incident on Rochdelskaya Street in Moscow, at the request of the investigators, a measure of restraint was chosen in the form of house arrest, and in respect of Kochuikov and Romanov, in the form of detention. The position of the investigation on the application of a milder measure of restraint in relation to Budantsev was due to the fact that officers of the FSB of the Russian Federation came to him and asked him to take into account that Budantsev served in a special unit, has awards, he has 4 children.

At the beginning of 2016, Lamonov, in Maksimenko's office, in the presence of the latter, found out from him (Drymanov) the reasons for choosing different measures of restraint. Subsequently, all cases on this situation, in accordance with the requirements of the law, were transferred to the department supervised by Nikandrov. In mid-February 2016, an officer of the FSB of Russia told him that Maksimenko had a wrong opinion regarding the qualifications of the actions of the participants in the events on Rochdelskaya Street. He (Drymanov) informed Maksimenko about this conversation. In addition, in February 2016, he, Maksimenko and Nikandrov three of them discussed the qualifications of the actions of the participants in the incident. He (Drymanov) did not ask Maksimenko why he was interested in this issue, since he considered it incorrect given the latter's official position. The decision to transfer the case from investigator Suprunenko to the department headed by Denisov and supervised by Nikandrov was made by him (Drymanov), in accordance with the requirements of the law. He had no complaints against Suprunenko, but the latter was finishing the investigation of another high-profile case, which had once already been returned by the court on the basis of Art. 237 UP K RF.

On April 29, 2016, Nikandrov informed him (Drymanov) that the criminal case against Kochuikov and Romanov was separated into separate proceedings and sent for investigation to the CAO of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow. He (Drymanov) does not see any violation of the law in this. At the same time, Nikandrov actually presented him with a fact. At the same time Nikandrov showed a memo signed by Kramarenko. He (Drymanov) said to give her to the reception. This note on the bases of document circulation is registered with Nikandrov. On May 4, 2016 Nikandrov held an operational meeting, the protocol was drawn up by the head of the procedural control department, Pakhomov. In the future, the decision on the presentation of Kochuikov and Romanov Art. 330 U K RF was sent to the prosecutor's office for accusations in accordance with the procedure established by law, but there was no reaction up to the moment preceding the expiration of the term of detention of the accused in custody. At the same time, on June 14, 2016, Nikandrov informed him about the claims of the prosecutor's office regarding the qualification of the actions of the accused, but did not say anything about a preventive measure. \

He does not know anything about Maksimenko receiving bribes.

Maksimenko did not influence his promotion. The latter participates in the approval of candidates for positions in the RF IC along with other heads of departments. In addition, the candidacies are coordinated with the FSB of Russia.

He explains Nikandrov's testimony by the prolonged detention and pressure from the FSB of Russia.

He did not maintain a relationship with Lamonov. He believes that the latter did not correspond to his position, since he is a weak operative and has no ties with the FSB of Russia, unlike Maksimenko. "
