The Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow has completed the final presentation of charges in the case of the murder of the controversial businessman Shabtai Kalmanovich. Articles 105 and 222 (murder and illegal possession of weapons) were incriminated against Ali Belkhoroev, Batyr Tumgoev, Bagaudin Kostoev, the Batalhadzhins. According to the investigation, Kostoev shot the victim, Belkhoroev was driving the car, and Tumgoev followed the victim. However, it is obvious that they decided to raise the materials about the 11-year-old crime solely within the framework of the fight against the Batalhadzhins. The investigation was unable to find normal evidence of the guilt of this trinity, the jury may well acquit them. As for the motives and the customer, the situation at the General Investigation Directorate is worse than ever.
