As it became known, in the near future the Central Bank can withdraw the license from the International Bank of St. Petersburg (IBSP), controlled by ex-senator from the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Bazhanov. This is due to the fact that the main cover of the MBSP-the chief of the North-West Central Administration of the Central Bank, Nadezhda Alekseevna Savinskaya - left the Central Bank. And then it turned out that the "hole" in Bazhanov's bank is at least 4.5 billion rubles.

Nadezhda Savinskaya was a real old-timer of the country's banking system. She began her career, already, scary to say, in 1976 in the State Bank of the USSR, where she worked until 1990. In 1990-1991, headed the department for regulating money turnover and issuing cash operations of the Central Administration of the Central Bank in Leningrad, then until 1996 she held the posts of deputy head and first deputy head of the Central Bank of the Central Bank for St. Petersburg.

Since 1996, she held the post of Chief of the Central Administration of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg.

Since May 15, 2014, she was in charge of the North-West Department of Management of the Bank of Russia.

In 2013, became a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia.

According to sources, Nadezhda Savinskaya, who in her post was in charge of and banking supervision of the North-West Federal District, became a real "mommy" to welcome the banks of this federal district, primarily from St. Petersburg. Their owners pumped money from "native" credit institutions to their luxurious life and various business projects. In the banks grew "holes". But Savinskaya did not notice anything. It is clear, not by chance.

As the sources of told, since 1999 the fate of Nadezhda Savinskaya is inextricably linked to the fate of the IBSP and its owner Sergei Bazhanov, who from 2008 to 2013 was even a member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation from the Ulyanovsk region. Sergei and his wife Tatiana lead an extraordinarily chic way of life. Bazhanov periodically tries to "move" (very unsuccessfully) various commercial projects. And the funds for all this are taken from the "bottomless barrel" - the controlled MBSP. As a result, the financial "hole" in this bank grew from year to year. But Nadezhda Savinskaya, who is associated with the family of Bazhanov and friendly relations, not only did not notice this "hole", but also helped to cover. "The last time that the assets of the bank" drawn "could be seen already absolutely everything. But, out of respect for Savinskaya, the Central Bank of Russia "closed their eyes to this," sources reported.

But, here, Nadezhda Alekseevna was retired. After that, the Central Bank took away the functions of banking supervision in the NWFD. And, even a cursory examination of the situation in the IBSP, it was enough to understand that the "hole" in this bank is at least 4.5 billion rubles. And with a detailed study, it certainly will grow significantly. Close the "hole" to the family Bazhanovs nothing. All sources unanimously say that the fate of the IBSP is resolved, in the very near future it will be revoked a license.

What other Savinskaya wards are soon to lose their license, will soon tell.
