It is Mametov who manages the majority of Russian SATs. It was through these very SATs that Akhmat was financed.
Even after the start of cooperation in Ukraine, Rakishev continues to be the founder of SAT-Mokva, but the whole world assures that he is no longer friends with Kadyrov, and has nothing to do with Russia.
