Attorney Konstantin Skrypnik, whose son was allegedly abducted the other day and then was found, in his testimony against the wife of the “authority” Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako) Guzel Mustafakulova mentions the former head of the Financial Leasing Company (FLC) Nail Malyutin. This is a unique person. Malyutin in the 90s under the leadership of German Gref worked in the city hall of the northern capital. Since those ancient times, he is well acquainted with one of the main "godfathers" of St. Petersburg, Gennady Petrov. Over time, Malyutin became the head of the Financial Leasing Company (FLC), which was supposed to deal with "state support of leasing programs in the field of civil aviation." In 2008, Malyutin was sentenced in Moscow to 8 years for theft of 290 million rubles from the FLC. The court also ordered him to compensate for this amount. Having not sat for long, Malyutin came out on parole. According to Rucriminal.info, having a writ of execution for 290 million rubles, which he never paid, Malyutin left Russia. Now he is quietly enjoying life in Europe, where he spends stolen millions.
As the investigators found out, out of the stolen 290 million rubles, 30 million rubles went to criminal authority Aslan Gagiev, who worked in the FLC under the name Morozov. Dzhako bought with these funds a large plot of land in the Ryazan region, and then sold it to “FLC-set” for 253 million rubles. Gagiev and Malyutin were partners. Moreover, as the investigators found, the killers of Jaco eliminated a number of people commissioned by Malyutin.
Here is a photo from the place of execution of the driver Kirill Nikolaev and his boss, St. Petersburg "authority" Sergei Onoprienko. The fire was fighters from the organized crime group Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako). Nikolaev died on the spot, and Onoprienko was taken to the hospital. According to the telegram channel of the VChK-OGPU, from the ambulance car (this is fixed), he began to call the deputy director of the FLC Nail Malyutin and shout: “Why did you order me?” Onoprienko died on the hospital table. He was an extremely colorful character. Onoprienko was friends with the main guard of St. Petersburg Roman Tsepov (poisoned in 2004), collaborated with the “godfather” of Peter Gennady Petrov. Petrov was a senior partner, comrade and cover for Malyutin. During telephone conversations, they calmly discussed meetings and negotiations with Anatoly Serdyukov, Igor Sechin, etc. It is known that Onoprienko had some disagreements with Petrov and Malyutin before the murder.
Despite the evidence gathered, Malyutin never answered for the killings. As Rucriminal.info found out, when Russia demanded his extradition from Austria, he indicated in the request only charges of embezzlement of the very 290 million rubles by fraud. In the framework of this case in Vienna and approved the extradition. Then there was evidence of the murder of Onoprienko, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation asked Austria for permission to present this charge. But unsuccessfully. Here is a letter from the Prosecutor General’s Office to Austria regarding this murder:
“The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation shows his respect to the Federal Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Austria and the reply to a letter dated 05/13/2015 sends information to the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus Federal District in criminal case No 12/2806 in respect of Malyutin N.A. As it follows, Malyutin N.A. only Onoprienko S.V. is charged with incitement to murder The murder of the second person (Nikolaev K.V.), who was at the time of the crime along with Onoprienko S.V., was committed on his own initiative by the direct executors of the crime. The charge of incitement to murder was not indicated in the initial extradition request of 12/25/2014, as it relates to another criminal case being investigated by another investigative body located in Vladikavkaz, the distance from which is more than 1,700 km from Moscow. In this second criminal case: Malyutin was charged with incitement to murder in absentia only on December 16, 2014 (after receiving the necessary evidence); On the same day, December 16, 2014 Malyutin was put on the international wanted list on this charge; a preventive measure in the form of detention was selected by the court in respect of Malyutin on 12/19/2014, this decision entered into legal force only on 12/22/2014. Thus, the necessary documents to prepare a request for extradition of Malyutin on charges of incitement to murder after being translated into German were submitted to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, the central extradition authority already in 2015. Based on them, on February 12, 2015, an additional request for extradition of Malyutin. in your letter, you ask to explain why Malyutin was charged with the fact of the crime committed in 2006 only in 2014. Indeed, the criminal case of the murder of Onoprienko and Nikolaev was initiated on October 23, 2006 and was investigated for several years by the investigating authorities of Moscow .
The crime was not solved "in hot pursuit." However, evidence was subsequently obtained that Gagiev’s gang was involved in its commission. This criminal group was created by Gagiev on the territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and its participants (more than 10 people) committed dozens of murders and other crimes throughout the country, including in Moscow. The criminal case of the murders of Onoprienko and Nikolaev was sent from Moscow to Vladikavkaz, and, like the other 12 criminal cases, was combined into one criminal case. An investigation into this complex multi-episode crime case is ongoing. Currently, interrogations of detained gang members and their accomplices reveal new details of crimes committed many years ago. So, the perpetrators of the crime (the Onoprienko murder) were themselves killed at the direction of Gagiev in 2010 and 2012. Thus, evidence of Malyutin’s involvement in the murder of Onoprienko was received only in September 2014. These proofs, after their verification, gave rise to the investigation to bring Malyutin on December 16, 2014 charges of inciting to kill Onoprienko. You will find more detailed information in the attached information of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus Federal District. ”
