All Wednesday, the ninth building of Botkin Hospital, where Adam Kadyrov is being treated, was incredibly busy. It was surrounded on all sides by Chechen guards, special forces (apparently the Federal Protective Service), and traffic police vehicles. This was due to prominent visitors arriving at the hospital in two Maybachs. The license plate number of one of the cars was linked to Ramzan Kadyrov, Adam himself, and is now linked to Adam Delimkhanov's personal driver.
The Cheka-OGPU and Rucrinunal.info continue to monitor the situation at Botkin Hospital, where Ramzan Kadyrov's son, Adam, is being treated. He was previously flown to Moscow on a special flight from Grozny after being involved in a traffic accident.
Security measures have been increased in the hospital area. Now, not only are visitors required to have a doctor's appointment, pass, and passport checked at the entrance, but similar questions may also be asked on the medical facility grounds.
The main facility—Building 9, where Adam Kadyrov is being held—was guarded on all sides on Wednesday, not only by Chechen security but also by Interior Ministry officers. One police car and several unmarked vehicles (very likely FSO officers) were stationed at each exit.

The luxury cars spotted near Building 9 today deserve special attention. Apparently, the enhanced security measures were due to those driving them. The vehicles in question are two Mercedes Maybachs, one of which, according to leaks, was licensed to Ramzan Kadyrov himself.
The first car, with license plate C009CC, was manufactured in 2024 and was imported from Germany via Belarus. It has had the same owner since mid-last year, but his details are not listed even in specialized resources.
The second car is a Mercedes A420MP. This license plate has a much more impressive history. In the oldest leaks, this special edition license plate was listed as belonging to Ramzan Kadyrov's car.
After Kadyrov's personal car, the A420MP license plate appeared exclusively in connection with Mercedes executive cars owned by either the Permanent Mission of the Chechen Republic or the republic's parliament. One of these cars was linked to a phone number used by Adam Kadyrov.
Some time ago, this number was linked to the phone number of Adam Kagirkhadzhiev, the driver and security guard for the now-former Speaker of the Chechen Parliament, Magomed Daudov (known as "Lord").
Leaked information also indicates that the Mercedes with the license plate A420MR was parked by Saidmagomed Mamatsuyev. At various times, he was the driver and assistant of Adam Delimkhanov, Lord, and Akhmed Aidamirov, Ramzan Kadyrov's brother-in-law and the head of the Akhmat football club.
Earlier, sources from the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info reported that Adam Kadyrov's most serious injury was a spleen injury. This is why he was sent to the emergency surgery department of Botkin Hospital in Moscow. There is speculation that his spleen may have been removed, but there is no definitive information on this. Adam is also known to have fractures and facial injuries. He was even examined by a visiting maxillofacial surgeon.
