A Moscow Region Court has confiscated assets worth 13 billion rubles from the former Chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court Alexander Chernov and his co-defendants.

The list of assets confiscated for state use includes:

 

- 25 land plots (₽3.5 billion);

 

- 19 commercial buildings (₽2.8 billion);

 

- 18 office premises (₽2.7 billion);

 

- 12 apartments (₽1 billion);

 

- 13 parking spaces (₽30 million);

 

- 1.2 billion rubles in accounts.

 

A total of 87 real estate properties worth over 10 billion have been confiscated.

 

As Rucriminal.info reported in detail, Chernov acquired various assets through front men and relatives that he did not declare. Chernov's property - real estate in Krasnodar, Sochi, Gelendzhik, Kropotkin and Moscow - was seized. Chernov's inner circle also included Governor Kondratyev, whose fate will be decided in the elections this fall.

According to the interlocutors of the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info, the Governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratyev demonstrates complete disregard for the rule of law and obligations to voters, systematically ignoring participation in pre-election debates. His refusal to comply with the requirements of the Law of Krasnodar Krai "On the Election of the Governor of Krasnodar Krai", which obliges candidates to participate in joint campaign events on television and radio, is not only a violation of the law, but also direct disrespect for citizens. These events, paid for from the budget, that is, from taxpayers' funds, are effectively disrupted due to Kondratyev's unwillingness to accountably and openly interact with society. Moreover, Kondratyev ignores the direct order of the president to "go to the people", preferring to distance himself from open dialogue. His behavior indicates a desire to evade responsibility for the results of ten years of regional governance, which is accompanied by numerous corruption scandals. Kuban under Kondratyev's leadership is mired in systemic corruption. A telling example is the unfulfilled promise of the governor to personally eliminate the consequences of the accident with the fuel oil spill in the Black Sea. Instead of real action, the problem remained unresolved, and the budget funds allocated for the elimination of the consequences were simply stolen. At the same time, Kondratyev's inner circle, including such figures as Chernov. Judging by the latest events, in Kuban they are again planning to turn on the "shadow" additional capacities of the printing presses. Those presses that in the paradise Krasnodar Territory are churning out hundreds of thousands of "left" ballots for the future "winner" of the upcoming gubernatorial elections in September. The current governor Veniamin Kondratyev has been appointed.

 

According to a source from the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucriminal.info, the inevitability of the upcoming election scam is due to serious personnel losses in the administrations of a number of key Kuban territories. Looking at the loss of official figures, one can say that an unexpected decimation occurred in the region in the spring. It seems that this is exactly how it was - the destruction of every tenth person raised the morale of the legionnaires who retreated from the battlefield. The loss of key officials responsible for victorious election results in the region is just approaching the conditions of decimation.

 

After a falling out with the strange mayor of Sochi Proshunin (we talked about his commercial and fraudulent agreements with the garbage king A. Polovinkin, the owner of a number of Kuban garbage dumps), the vice-mayor responsible for domestic policy, Galina Moskaleva, resigned. Although Moskalyova cannot be called a model of legality (and we also talked about her “work style”), we must give her credit - she has always been able to make an election result, breaking a failed election reality. Ever since her work on behalf of the family of the then head of the district, Vitaly Ochkalasov, in the administration of the Kavkazsky district of Kuban. The criminal merits of this family in power are now being examined by Moscow region courts, which are examining the case of the former chief Kuban judge Chernov.

Almost simultaneously, the electoral horde of the Krasnodar mayor's office was beheaded. The resignation of the director of the Krasnodar internal policy department, Gennady Popov, had just happened. Well, and then, like a bolt from the blue, the mayor's offices were searched and the vice-mayor, who was responsible for internal policy, Vsevolod Netreba, was sent under house arrest. He is charged under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud”.

Netreba moved to the mayor's office from a minor position (he worked as the head of the Krasnodar village of Pashkovskaya) only in August of last year. This happened after a personal interview with Governor Kondratyev, who blessed this talent for the Krasnodar domestic political seat.

 

Considering that in September there will also be elections for deputies of the City Assembly in Sochi, and deputies of the City Duma in Krasnodar, the situation today for officials responsible for victorious results does not look good edid joyful.

 

Sincere dislike for the regional authorities and the leader Kondratyev personally can be expressed by the voters of Anapa. For whom the upcoming resort season is already turning into a disaster. After the fuel oil emergency, after Kondratyev last December bravely assured the president on live television that the region does not need any federal assistance, and he himself will cope with the disaster in a week or two (they will mention the words "We have a group of 4 thousand people working. We will cope"), for a long time no one in the city doubted that the governor who so brazenly deceived the president would simply not be allowed to run in the next elections. As a result, Kondratyev received the blessing of the president, but with the blessing for the next term from the Anapa residents, not everything will be so smooth.

 

Considering that both Anapa and Gelendzhik are unlikely to forgive Kondratyev, the complete disregard for the interests of the people, in the course of pushing through new general plans for territories tailored to the interests of the governor's Moscow friends, the inclusion of the election printing press and the September million-dollar ballot stuffing becomes simply inevitable.

 

It seems that it is no longer a secret for anyone in the region where Kondratyev got such strong Kremlin "ties" that can convince even the president of the exceptional talent of the main Kuban herald. The unconditional and only advantage of which is the ability to solve the "issues" of his federal patrons. And in the Krasnodar Territory, many of them will have to be "solved" in the next five years. This is, for example, the development of the budget for large federal road projects or the redistribution of land on the Black Sea coast, with the demolition of hundreds of houses declared illegal. The head of the region will have to solve all this, under the whistles, protests and curses of the residents of the region. In general, the result that will be shown in the official document of the regional election commission for the gubernatorial elections can be easily named now. It will be 81-83%. Because the figure should be less than that of Vladimir Vladimirovich in his last elections, well, and, preferably, in the same area that was “drawn” for Veniamin Ivanovich during the elections five years ago - and it was exactly 83%.

 

Taking into account the fuel oil, the beggarly teachers' salaries, the collapse of the regional health care, the failure of the garbage reform and numerous popular riots against general plans, it will be possible to draw the result a percentage lower. Like reality!

 

Now the “cleansing” of official personnel on the eve of the elections looks a little illogical. Under Kondratyev, usually by default, an “agreement” is in effect that all criminal cases are postponed until the time “after the elections”.

 

Five years ago, the "victory" of Veniamin Kondratyev, who was extremely unpopular in Krasnodar Krai, with his real rating of around 25 percent, was ensured by... printing. At that time, ballots were printed by Krasnodarblankizdat CJSC, the only manufacturer of secure printing products in the region. Which is what ballots are. During the secret printing night, only trusted employees remained in the workshop, whose silence was supported by good financial bonuses. All cameras were turned off in the workshop. In an atmosphere of complete secrecy, unscheduled ballots were delivered to municipal election commissions to be ticked in the correct square and stuffed. In addition to this professionally executed "leftist", the printing of additional editions was entrusted to a number of other Kuban printing houses that did not have the technical capabilities to print high-quality secure products. What came out of these printing presses was so sad that in order not to notice the obvious defect, you had to be a member of the precinct election commissions and territorial election commissions. Guilloche frames, microprinting (files with "protection" were kindly provided to the leadership of the regional department of internal policy by the management of "Blankizdat") "floated" on ordinary paper, a completely different Pantone paint was used. But, nevertheless, everything came together. And in the year of the 83rd anniversary of the Krasnodar Territory, as recommended to Kondratyev by his numerologists-clairvoyants and hereditary sorceresses working on the staff of the administration, "83% of voters voted for him. For comparison - fragments of ballots printed by "Krasnodarblankizdat" and a simple printing house of the village of Kanevskaya, which in 2020 provided the northern regions of the region with "leftists". In fact, counterfeiting protected products is a criminal offense in our country (Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). An enterprise that has allowed unlicensed printing of a guilloche in a vector version can simply be closed, with subsequent arrests or considerable fines for management. But this is Kuban. Here, during election campaigns, the iron laws of the Russian Federation acquire the consistency of squash caviar, which can be quite calmly smeared for the governor's victory sandwich.

 

True, already in 2021, a criminal case occurred that was not foreseen by the "victory". Deputy Director of the DVP of the Territory Inna Khaustova decided to monetize her "salvation" from being thrown out of the chairs of the heads of municipalities. Inna Mikhailovna informed the heads that if it were not for the "leftist" she organized, the real result would be The boss's share would be exactly at the level of sociology - that is, 20-25 percent. And this meant the inevitable throwing out of office for... lack of landscaping, for broken benches in the park, for unrepaired water pipes... In general, not for the shame of the election, but for any official offense. Khaustova's price: a personal transfer to her of 50 to 100 thousand from each official snout every month. The security forces came up with a scheme. Inna Mikhailovna went to rest in the village of Dvubratsky in the Ust-Labinsky district of the region for the women's "troika". This criminal fact is well known to the current administrative makers of the election result. Which contributes to the growth of their apprehension, which in turn is also a big obstacle on the way to such a version of the future "convincing" victory of Kondratyev in the elections. However, there is no doubt about the "victory" itself. The question is different: what leftist "technologies" that have nothing to do with the law will ensure this victory once again?
