A source for the Cheka-OGPU and http://Rucriminal.info revealed how State Duma deputy Yevgeny Fyodorov accepted a $400,000 bribe from RUSNANO. Now, this United Russia member of parliament (who would have doubted it) hosts paid roundtables in the State Duma.

In 2010-2011, then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev decided that RUSNANO, as a legal entity, should be completely eliminated. Anatoly Chubais caught the trend from above and decided to become the first state corporation to change its legal form to an open joint-stock company. A draft federal law was prepared overnight, but the government refused to submit the bill to the State Duma. Chubais was advised to do so through the deputies.

Such a deputy was quickly found: Yevgeny Fyodorov, who, for $400,000, accomplished the task quickly and efficiently.

The bribe money was siphoned off from the Plastic Logic project under the guise of consulting and appraising services.

PS: It wasn't for nothing that Yevgeny Fedorov claimed he had no connection with RUSNANO.
