The VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info continue to investigate the "Kremlin stables" and their operation. The next trail in the long list was left by the families of former President Dmitry Medvedev and the Mazaraki brothers, confidants of Alexey Dorofeyev, head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region. Among the hidden cars, we discovered a Rolls-Royce Wraith, a car that had been registered to OOO FSUE Avtobaza No. 2 since its production.

This Rolls-Royce was spotted with the license plates A006MP190 and A008AA77. The first license plate was found on the cars of Ivan Golunov's investigations into Yuri Kushnir and Roman Molotkov—subordinates of Valerian Mazaraki.

 

"As a result of personnel changes and structural changes at the State Budgetary Institution, the main divisions of Ritual were placed under the control of a single person—the First Deputy Director. Valerian Mazaraki, a former owner of an alcohol business, was appointed to this position. Among the heads of the regional divisions of Ritual in Moscow were Roman Molotkov, the vocalist of the Stavropol rap group "Krestnaya Semya" (Godfather Family) and co-owner of several restaurants in Stavropol… Yuri Kushnir, who previously worked as a car dealership manager and a bartender at the restaurant on the Bryusov motor ship, and others (12 people in total)," Ivan wrote in his well-known investigation, after which drugs were planted on him and an attempt was made to send him to pretrial detention.

 

A Bentley and a Lamborghini with the license plate A006MP190 were also spotted at various times.

 

The second license plate is even more revealing. According to leaked data, back in the 2000s, the number A008AA77 was registered to a car registered personally to Svetlana Medvedeva, Dmitry Medvedev's wife. The number then bounced around among a number of unremarkable cars until it landed on a brand-new 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith from the "Kremlin stable." It's impossible to determine who drove it for the first two years. After two years, the VIP clearly considered the limousine too used for her. Since 2017, the car has been registered to Evgenia Pushkareva, but the driving rights have been assigned to Anna Mazaraki, Valerian Mazaraki, Lev Mazaraki, and their driver, Dmitry Yanakov.

 

The denomination is the same, but the users are completely different. Almost the entire "Kremlin stable" fleet operates according to this exact scheme: the official holder is needed for the documents, but the actual owners drive the car.
