As the telegram channel VChK-OGPU found out, Mikhail Friedman has a highly classified project, with the help of which he carries out activities close to criminal, and transfers funds to the West. His secret "piggy bank" is called the Ambermanor Foundation (consisting of more than 100 one-day firms established in Russia and Cyprus), which Friedman registered in the name of his classmate Vladimir Zheleznov, who lives in the Kingdom of Belgium.

The channel got hold of the foundation's documents and full "layouts" of its activities.

"Ambermanor" was used by Friedman for more than 15 years to conduct illegal banking and collection activities. In particular, through the companies of this fund, Fridman transferred over 10 billion rubles of Alfa-Bank funds abroad to resolve his issues related to arranging his life and business abroad in 2019-2022 alone. Along with this, the fund's companies participated in the seizure of property from many problematic Alfa-Bank borrowers (Shishov, Fuks, Khotin, Kaminsky, Abyzov, etc.), and were even used to convert state funds to their own benefit - earlier we published links to court decisions of the Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow on the recovery of 30 billion rubles from Alfa-Bank to the state, which were appropriated by Alfa-Bank in collusion with Abyzov, for which Fridman used the companies Godet Limited and Zanelia Limited, registered by Fridman in the name of Zheleznov through the Ambermanor fund:

In order to prevent the story with the toxic fund from surfacing, Fridman turned to his partner German Khan, who brought in the law firm of his close friend Eduard Budantsev ("Dictatorship of Law"). This is a fixer at the FSB, who helps oligarchs deal with problems with the help of the generals of the "office". Budantsev also became famous as a participant in the massacre on Rochdelskaya Street. He shot two people with a combat weapon, but the FSB of the Russian Federation "covered him up".

Fridman needed Budantsev to organize the illegal criminal prosecution of his employee Shumilin, who was involved in the management of the Ambermanor fund. They decided to "hang" responsibility for violations of the law committed by the fund everywhere on him, thereby diverting potential claims of law enforcement officers from Fridman. Budantsev organized that "wizards of custom cases" joined the hunt for Shumilin K.A. - the head of the UFSB for Moscow and the Moscow region Dorofeev, the prosecutor of the Moscow region Zabaturin, etc.

And all the paperwork was personally handled by an employee of the legal department of Alfa-Bank under the leadership of the chief lawyer Grishin M.O. As a result, 3 criminal cases were fabricated against Shumilin by the units of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow and the Moscow Region, each of which was systematically brought to a verdict under pressure from the "M" Directorate of the FSB of Russia. An FSB officer, Kinarov, was even assigned to supervise Shumilin's cases. On Grishin's part, the process was daily supervised by employees of the pocket law firm of Alfa-Bank - "Glavnaya Bukva" (Melnikov, Ershova, and others). According to a source of the VChK-OGPU, Ambermanor was needed for the shadow operations of Friedman personally: transferring capital abroad and laundering it, cashing out funds, giving bribes to officials, "parking" assets obtained illegally, etc. In 2018, Zheleznov's form of ownership was changed to a discretionary trust: the VZ Manor Trust (Zheleznov's initials in Latin) was registered in Cyprus, the beneficiary of which is Zheleznov V.Yu., but he signed the corresponding safe guarantee in favor of Fridman. Zheleznov was controlled by Pavel Nazarin, a former security guard and driver of Fridman, and now the nominal director of Alfa Finance Holdings and ABH Holdings S.A. (which owned Fridman's banking group in Russia), who lives in Luxembourg - in a neighboring residence with Zheleznov. The trust management company VZ Manor Ventures Limited owned the company Ambermanor Asset Management Limited (BVI), which in turn owned all the other shell companies in Cyprus and Russia (of which there were more than 100). In order for the Cypriot shareholders of Zheleznov (Fridman) not to be visible in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation, Cypriot nominal owners (individuals) were brought in as intermediate owners, who were selected for Fridman by the Cypriot secretarial company Abacus. These nominal holders wrote out (like Zheleznov) guarantee trust declarations for Fridman or Zheleznov or the fund's parent company - Ambermanor Asset Management Limited.

Russian regulators (including the Central Bank of Russia) for many years, for obvious reasons, turned a blind eye to the financial and asset laundry that was formally unrelated to Fridman.

According to a source of the VChK-OGPU, this entire opaque ownership structure was developed by Alfa-Bank lawyers Grishin, Kurysheva, Vereshchagin, Melnikov - with the aim of concealing Fridman's involvement in the said structure and distancing him from it as much as possible.

Personally ste Zheleznov was previously encountered in the public space - in 2011-2011 in connection with the corporate conflict around the company "Trading House "Nemiroff" of the Ukrainian alcohol industry, which was within the sphere of interests of Fridman and "Alfa Group".

According to Rucriminal.info, after the scandal with Fridman's machinations with the former government state dachas in Troitse-Lykovo "Sosnovka-1" and "Sosnovka-3", Fridman ordered the transfer of the legal entity "Gotgate" belonging to him personally to the perimeter of the Cypriot structure of one-day firms "Ambermanor", registered to Fridman's classmate - a resident of the Kingdom of Belgium Zheleznov, where the legal entity was supposed to get lost among organizations formally unrelated to Fridman, and subsequently quietly liquidated - also allegedly by a different owner.

Legal entity "Gotgate" (OGRN 1037728049380) had an authorized capital from real estate obtained at those very rigged auctions for a pittance (10 million rubles), and subsequently valued on the balance sheet at 567 million rubles and belonged personally to Fridman, which caused him understandable concern, since formally the real estate was returned to the state by a court decision, but in practice Fridman decided to keep some of the objects for himself, which promised a criminal case at any moment. First, the legal entity was transferred by Fridman to the ownership of Zhelezov's company under the jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands "Tharos Investments Limited", and subsequently to the ownership of Zhelezov's company "Masera Assets Limited", under which it was liquidated after the real estate objects hidden from the attention of law enforcement officers were transferred to Fridman.

The editors continue to monitor and expose Fridman's schemes for the withdrawal of assets, capital and state property with the involvement of fictitious persons and companies.
