Surovikin also previously used his official position as commander of the Group of Forces of the Russian Armed Forces in the Syrian Arab Republic, and then as Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces, in the interests of ensuring Timchenko’s business interests. It is also worth noting that Prigozhin directly lobbied for the appointment of Surovikin to the post of Chief of the General Staff and that it is known how it ended for Surovikin himself.”

There, the companies of Timchenko and Ivanov “set it up” in such a way that the road surface does not even withstand the season, and heavy vehicles cannot pass through the junctions at the entrances and exits from the highways.
