And at the same time receiving a share of the company's gigantic revenue (net profit of 420 million rubles with revenue of 3.7 billion rubles for 2021). Their main partners were the owners of the company and members of the board of directors, Preston Haskell (a major American businessman) and Peter Darsbury (chairman of the board of directors, is a representative of the British elite, a hereditary lord). Currently, the competent authorities are checking the details of this partnership.
According to information from the Prosecutor General's Office, a decision has been made to nationalize the asset. The initiator of this is the Prosecutor General's Office - now Andrian is knocking on doors in Moscow to take the asset for himself, while misleading his Western partners and demanding a large sum of money from them to resolve issues so that the foreign company can continue to work on the territory of the Russian Federation, which is no longer possible.
This is indirectly confirmed by the increase in ore production by 3.5 times, for which the company was fined. Money from production cannot be transferred abroad. Investments within the country by foreigners are prohibited by EU sanctions.
