As the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered, United Russia is using warehouse space acquired through a hostile takeover to store humanitarian aid for the SVO. The state party was provided with this space by the semi-criminal Susanyan clan, based in the Moscow region, which has decided to legitimize itself and, it seems, secure a representative in government. In exchange for detailed services, Radik Susanyan—the son of Reutov businessman Shota Susanyan—may become a member of parliament from United Russia. Radik has recently become increasingly publicly active, and the publications about him are so complimentary that they leave no doubt he is being paid. The young Susanyan is praised primarily for collecting and sending some kind of "humanitarian aid" to the Russian military. To raise this aid, the Susanyan family donated the Reutov Manufactory warehouse space, acquired in a corporate raid, to United Russia.

Radik Susanyan, 34, a native of Georgia with a degree in international relations from Moscow State University, was the owner and creator of the little-known Telegram channel "Radical," which he claims was hacked by a hacker group. Radik currently owns a portion of the Susanyan family's assets: 50% each of RKS-Inter (revenue: 35 million rubles) and RKS-A (revenue: 6.4 million rubles). Karen Susanyan, Radik's cousin, owns the remaining 50% of each company. Radik also serves as the CEO of Ars LLC and Centerstroy, 55% of which is owned by his father, Shota Susanyan, and 45% by the family's business partner and Shota's wife, Mara Pogosyan. Mara Pogosyan also owns Reutovskaya Manufaktura LLC, which was successfully seized from its previous owners, Mercury+ LLC (Velikiy Novgorod), back in 2006. Mercury+ leased 22,000 square meters of property at 1 Pobedy Street in Reutov to a company registered to Artem Arutyunov, but was unable to reclaim the property after the lease expired, despite court rulings. Furthermore, Arutyunov-Susanyan's lawyers presented forged documents, including handwriting expert reports accepted by the court. In 2010, bailiffs attempted to evict the occupiers from the property, but to no avail. Now, Susanyan has allowed United Russia into these seized warehouses to secure their permanent ownership.

Radik Susanyan's relatives also control the Balashikha Experimental Production Workshops "OAO GIDROMETPRIBOR" and ZAO Plast in Reutov (the director is Radik's sister Aelita Susanyan), OOO SK-LK (founder - Shota Susanyan), OOO Perspektiva (founder - Vitaly Alekseev, but Alik Susanyan handled all the affairs of the company), his father Shota Susanyan owns Reutov's Mostostroy and Company, and in Sochi he owns OOO Roskom with assets of 9.9 billion rubles. Roskom, in particular, owns land and buildings at 55 Aviamotornaya Street in Moscow - the same place where the ANO VO ROSNOU dormitory is located, which is in the way of businessmen, the Susanyans cut off the water last year, stating that they decided to mothball their section of the water supply. Tellingly, the case reached the prosecutor's office and The FAS, however, got off with... a warning. Litigation over this matter is still ongoing. The Susanyans also own the Wholesale Meat Base in Reutov, UK Stroy Park, and 46 Central Material and Technical Supply Base, which previously belonged to the Ministry of Defense. However, by 2019, it only held one share, with 99.99% registered to Roskom, owned by the elder Susanyan. This company holds a Rostekhnadzor license for the operation of explosive and fire-hazardous industrial facilities and leases out space—a building at 4 Fabrichnaya Street in Reutov, as well as warehouses and a bomb shelter. It turns out the Ministry of Defense sold the company's shares (along with the bomb shelter) to the Susanyans back in 2016 for 343.8 million rubles. In 2022, tax authorities filed a claim for 85.5 million rubles against a company run by Karen Susanyan. It turned out that Susanyan's companies were evading taxes by leasing real estate to each other and transferring hundreds of millions of rubles under bogus contracts. At that time, the Federal Tax Service proved its case in court, and the Susoyans failed to fight back: they lacked administrative resources. But if a family member manages to gain power as part of United Russia, dealing with such pesky issues will become much easier.

However, Radik Susanyan is hardly the best choice for Reutov residents. According to tax authorities, in 2021 he was employed by REUTKABEL Trading House LLC, founded by his cousin, Karen. Radik also spent some time promoting his family's "industrial park," UK Stroy Park LLC. His cousin, Suzanna Susanyan, is listed as its founder, and its director, Valentina Kungurtseva, previously managed the Experimental and Production Workshops of GIDROMETPRIBOR OJSC for 11 years. During the pandemic, Stroy Park naturally ran into problems—tenants ceased operations and the cash flow dried up. However, help arrived. And from United Russia: the party took the Susanyans' business under the wing of its "Growth Engines" party project. Such things, of course, don't happen by chance.

But despite belonging to a wealthy and influential family clan, Radik is constantly short of money. According to leaked data, before the war, he was a frequent client of various microfinance organizations. Perhaps this precarious financial situation is explained by Radik's enjoyment of gambling: he even frequented bookmakers.

Incidentally, Radik's friend and classmate from Moscow State University, Ruslan Aloevich Korolev, has already successfully entered government. He twice ran for the Yubileyny Urban District Council of Deputies from United Russia. However, Ruslan previously had a different surname—Mamoyan—and was named Korolev in honor of Korolev, a town in the Moscow region where he settled. Korolev is currently the head of the Department of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth Policy in the Dolgoprudny Urban District Administration.

And to solve problems, Radik has other friends. For example, Gennady Seleznev, with whom he's been in contact, according to leaked data. As of 2019, Seleznev held the position of acting head of the General Industrial Supervision Department at Rostekhnadzor. A useful connection given the vast amount of real estate the Radik family has accumulated.
