"Authority" Batyr Bekmuradov carried out military operations for both "thief in law" Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro) and billionaire David Yakobashvili. And this is no coincidence. According to the telegram channel VChK-OGPU, Shakro and Yakobashvili are well acquainted, they often talked when Yakobashvili was in Russia. It turned out that Bekmuradov recorded absolutely all his conversations, including with Shakro and Yakobashvili's "right hand" David Mirzoev. When Bekmuradov was arrested along with Kalashov for extortion, this entire "wiretap archive" became the property of the FSB.

In particular, there was a record of how Bekmuradov and Mirzoev agreed to abduct Boris Minakha, a former friend and business partner of Yakobashvili, with whom they could not share assets. The FSB of the Russian Federation took the materials about the abduction to itself, conducted searches in the offices of Mirzoev and Yaeobashvili. After that, Yakobashvili did not come to Russia for a long time. Mirzoyev and Bekmuradov were charged with the abduction of Minakha. The materials of the case against Kalashov, which are at the disposal of Rucriminal.info, perfectly speak of the relationship between Bekmuradov and Shakro. In particular, the materials contain fragments of audio recordings of their conversations made by Bekmuradov. Among other things, the reason for the conflict is understandable, which led to a shootout at the Elements restaurant on Rochdelskaya Street in Moscow. Designer Fatima Misikova felt that Zhanna Kim, who ran the restaurant, did not pay her extra. Misiklva complained to her close friend, Shakro's partner. And she asked for help from the "thief in law". Kalashov instructed the leaders of his two combat squads to deal with the problem - Bekmuradov and “Andrei Kochuikov (Italian). Here are excerpts from the "Shakro case":

“As can be seen from the materials of the criminal case, Kalashov, being the so-called“ thief in law ”, is at the top of the hierarchy of the criminal world.

The special place that Kalashov, nicknamed "Shakro", occupies in the hierarchy of the leaders of the underworld, was shown in detail by witnesses ... (law enforcement officers).

So, the witness ... said that in January 2015, Kalashov, as a recognized leader of the underworld, in order to reconcile the warring thieves' clans, decided to suspend the criminal status of a thief in law and its subsequent revision. In addition, Kalashov has introduced a temporary ban on the so-called “coronations” of crime bosses. In addition, Kalashov maintains contact with all "thieves in law" living in the Russian Federation, as well as in the countries of near and far abroad. It was Kalashov who created two separate organized groups, which were led, respectively, by Bekmuradov and Kochuikov. Kalashov himself, in turn, carried out general management of the criminal activities of these groups.

The witness ... testified that the illegal activities of the organized group, led by Bekmuradov, were controlled directly by Kalashov. This became known as a result of a complex of operational-search and technical measures. In addition, it was established that Bekmuradov, in particular, was responsible for ensuring the personal safety of Kalashov, organizing the protection of real estate objects that were used by the latter and other persons leading a criminal lifestyle.

The witnesses testified about the implementation by Bekmuradov and the persons under his control of the "thief in law" - Kalashov.

From the testimony of the witness ... it is seen that he and Bekmuradov have long been friends with each other. In the course of their communication, Bekmuradov said that he systematically fulfills Kalashov's “non-standard” instructions and accompanies the latter to “various meetings”.

The witness ... said that the private security company "Zashchitnik", which was directly headed by Bekmuradov, carried out personal security for "Shakro", that is, Kalashov. In addition, in the process of communication with each other, Bekmuradov and his subordinates called Kalashov “Shakro”.

Testimony of a similar content was given by a witness ... who specified that Bekmuradov exercised complete control over the current, daily activities of the above-mentioned private security company, and considered his “boss” to be a criminal authority - Kalashov.

The above was confirmed by Bekmuradov himself, specifying only that he did not know about Kalashov's belonging to the so-called “thieves' world”. In addition, Bekmuradov testified that Misikova was a friend of Kalashov's concubine. It was Kalashov, Bekmuradov explained, who "gave (him) the idea" to discuss with Kochuikov the conflict that arose between Misikova and Zhanna Kim.

As can be seen from the materials of the case, Bekmuradov, who led the organized group controlled by Kalashov, in fact does not deny his involvement, both personally and the rest of its participants, in extortion. It is significant that Bekmuradov, answering the question about the proof of his guilt in this part of the accusation, said: "... this is a separate question, ... this is at the discretion of the court."

Upon arrival at the Elements restaurant, according to the testimony of convicted Surzhikov, Kochuikov openly stated that he “came here from thieves, and specifically from Shakro.

It is precisely about this content of the statement made by Kochuykov that eyewitnesses have shown….

During the trial Kochuikov did not deny this circumstance and explained the following: “I mentioned the name of Zakhar Knyazevich. ... only out of fear and desire ... to somehow prevent this situation ... Having mentioned the name of a serious person, I thought that if these people of some criminal or informal bloc ... it would stop them. "

Thus, Kochuykov very accurately characterized Kalashov as a respected criminal authority, the mention of which will frighten and “stop” any person, including those belonging to the “thieves' world”.

Kalashov and Kochuikov do not dispute the fact of close communication with each other. Moreover, in court Kochuykov, speaking about the relationship that has developed between him and Kalashov, said: "We are friends, and our families are friends."

Consequently, Bekmuradov and Kochuikov reliably knew that Kalashov was a “thief in law”.
