According to the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, Ilya Traber's (Antikvar) enormous castle, Château de Sully, in Switzerland, is up for sale. He purchased it from the famous Canadian country singer Shania Twain.

The palace is listed for €128 million (over 10 billion rubles). The listing describes it as a historic 19th-century residence with a swimming pool, gardens, a wine cellar, and stables. The mansion's rooms are decorated with stucco and "have stunning views of Lake Geneva." The castle is called Château de Sully and is located in La Tour-de-Peilz in the Swiss canton of Vaud.

Ilya Traber acquired a castle in La Tour-de-Peilz in 2006, purchasing it from renowned Canadian country singer Shania Twain. Local media reported at the time that Twain had sold the property to a "Russian couple." However, as the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info discovered, the buyer was Ilya Traber and his then-wife, Nina Menshikova.

The mansion was designed and built in the late 19th century and is located 300 meters from Lake Geneva. The building features a swimming pool and a specially designed basement, where the influential businessman stored his art collection. According to the listing, the castle currently has 17 rooms (including five bedrooms), a sauna and hammam, a fitness room, a terrace, and gardens with fountains. According to the property registry, the total area of the property covers 4.5 hectares, most of which is occupied by gardens.

Throughout his property ownership, Traber enjoyed a preferential tax treaty in Switzerland. In 2015, he transferred the palace to his then-wife, Nina Menshikova, but lived there himself until his arrest. It was in this castle that Traber spent his honeymoon with Latvian socialite Alika Dubovskaya, after they married in late 2024 (they have a 47-year age difference).

As a reminder, Ilya Traber (Anikvar) was arrested on charges of murdering influential parliamentarian Alexander Petrov.
