As the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel reported earlier, a billionaire, one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in the capital, Valery Tsimbaev, was arrested in Moscow. According to investigators, he was associated with a group of security officials who committed more than 40 contract killings. One of the leaders of the organized crime group was an employee of the Center T of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrei Yakhnev, who, according to testimony, at the time of the events was the best friend of the current head of the 5th Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation Alexei Komkov.

According to investigators, in 2003, Tsimbaev had a conflict with the adviser to the chairman of the Control and Accounts Chamber of Moscow, Alexander Revzin. Behind the high-profile position was hiding the leader of a large raider group, who tried to squeeze out 30% of the Moskovsky Department Store. Tsimbaev was the general director of the Department Store and controlled its activities. Since Revzin had security forces behind him, Tsimbaev also began to look for ways to contact representatives of the special services. He was introduced to Andrey Yakhnev, who, as it turned out, had already committed about 20 contract killings at that time. All of them were carried out by fighters from various special forces that were part of Yakhnev's organized crime group. This time, he also proposed a radical solution to the problem. As a result, Revzin was put under surveillance. And in April 2003, Yakhnev gave the go-ahead for the elimination. Three special forces fighters opened fire on the victim's car on Staraya Basmannaya Street in Moscow. However, it later turned out that the killers had made a mistake and shot at exactly the same car as Revzin's, but with other people in it. In the salon were the chairman of the board of directors of the company "Eurotransgaz" Timofey Ponomarenko (he was killed) and his security guard Anisimov (he was wounded).

The customer expressed his indignation to Yakhnev, and he expressed his indignation to the perpetrators. Revzin began to suspect that in reality they could be hunting him and he disappeared. A month later, the special forces found out Revzin's location. As he was leaving the entrance, a sniper from the roof of a neighboring house fired several shots from a machine gun with a telescopic sight. Revzin was wounded, but survived. After being discharged from the hospital, he immediately left for Switzerland, and Tsimbaev managed to defend the asset.

According to the investigation, after this, Tsimbaev began to pay Yakhnev's organized crime group $35 thousand monthly, and also provided them with commercial space for use.

Yakhnev is an extremely remarkable person. According to witnesses, when he served in Center T, he could always be found with his friend, the current head of the 5th Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation, Alexey Komkov. At the same time, he was known in the artistic community. In his free time from business trips to the North Caucasus, Yakhnev could be found at social events, with all the ensuing consequences - when detained, cocaine was certainly found on him. And in 2009 (soon after Yakhnev was first detained for robbery), an article entitled "The Man Who Knew Too Much" was published in Independent Life, the main character of which was Yakhnev. In it, his close friend, playwright Natalia Pelevina, and his close friend, lawyer Sergei Badamshin, spoke in his defense. In the article, Yakhnev was called "the Russian Jason Bourne, who carried out the most secret and dangerous missions of the special services to combat terrorism" and was presented as a person who was ready to tell the truth about the events in the musical "Nord-Ost". However, this story did not end there. The intermediary between Tsimbaev and Yakhnev with his security forces-killers was two authoritative businessmen Gadzhiev (communicated with Tsimbaev) and Oleg Ramazanov (communicated with Yakhnev). Ramazanov is also currently in custody. The VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have at their disposal a protocol of the confrontation between Yakhnev and Ramazanov, which sheds light on many circumstances of this story. Thus, when the parties were already "sawing" rent money from the "Moskovsky" department store, Gadzhiev blabbed about this story to a Dagestani criminal "authority" Burchakov (Paiza). He considered himself a partner of Ramazanov and expressed his complaints to him that he had concealed such a profitable project on "Moskovsky". Paiza demanded his share, otherwise, threatening to kill Ramazanov. The latter reported the problem to Yakhnev and said that if the problem was not solved, then the monthly payments to the security forces in the amount of 35 thousand dollars would stop - this money would have to be given to Burchakov. Ramazanov considered Paiza and Gadzhiev, who was on Paiza's side, to be the problem. Yakhnev transferred the order for them to the Interior Ministry employee Chebotarev, who had a team of security force killers. In 2003, Burchakov was blown up in a car near his home in Moscow. Soon, the security force killers shot "Gadzhiev" near his home. However, it turned out that they again made a mistake in the target and dealt with businessman Andreev, who lived in the same house with Gadzhiev and drove the same car. Gadzhiev is very became wary after that, increased security and became a very difficult target. But the security forces-killers still managed to catch him. Gadzhiev was playing football in the Olympic Village, went to the toilet, where a SOBR fighter "Rys" was waiting for him. He shot Gadzhiev and disappeared.

"The investigator's question to the accused Yakhnev A.V.: What can you tell us about the circumstances of the murder of Ponomarenko T.B. on 11.04.2003 and the attempted murder of Revzin A.G. on 16.05.2003 in the courtyard of house No. 26 on Staraya Basmannaya Street in Moscow? What is your role and the role of Ramazanov O.D. in these crimes?

Answer of the accused Yakhnev A.V.:

At one time, at the end of 2002, Oleg and I met at his house, he said that he had a topic, that through Gadzhiev M.G. they brought him a "topic". Gadzhiev has an acquaintance - the owner of ZAO "Department Store "Moskovsky" Tsimbaev, who allegedly became a victim of a raider takeover and needs help to restore justice. At first, there was a conversation about how to return the Moskovsky department store to Tsimbaev's control by any legal means.

Earlier, I solved the problem of M.G. Gadzhiev with the raider seizure of his retail outlets on Arbat ("gut"). At that moment, with the assistance of A.I. Chebotarev's connections (a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who turned in all the security officials-killers - ED.), we met with the employees of the Central Regional Anti-Corruption Department and solved the problem through connections in law enforcement agencies (OSB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), returning control to Gadzhiev.

Having described this situation, I came to A.I. Chebotarev, for some time negotiations were conducted on the terms. Tsimbaev initially said that he would not give money, and offered to receive income from rent. Chebotarev's people were not satisfied with this situation.

After some time, Oleg Ramazanov asked if there were people ready to eliminate Revzin (kill him) in order to regain control. Ramazanov Oleg told me in person that if his problem was solved, Tsimbaev V.M. would instruct him to collect money from rent from certain areas of the department store and explained that about 100 thousand US dollars were collected monthly from renting these areas.

An agreement was reached that Ramazanov would transfer 35 thousand US dollars from the specified amount (100 thousand US dollars) to me and Chebotarev A.I. I decided that I would transfer 25 thousand US dollars to Chebotarev A.I. and keep 10 thousand for myself.

Some part (percentage) of this money was also to be received by Gadzhiev M.G. I voiced the above conditions to Chebotarev A.I., to which Chebotarev A.I. agreed.

In the second half of March 2003, I came to Ramazanov O.'s home on Teply Stan Street in Moscow. Ramazanov O. said that Tsimbaev V.M. would arrive soon and bring information on Revzin.

We went downstairs, I walked away from the entrance and saw Tsimbaev's black Mercedes with an escort. Tsimbaev spoke with Ramazanov Oleg, handed Ramazanov an envelope and left with the guards.

Ramazanov O. handed me an envelope, it contained a color photograph of a man (like on a passport, only enlarged), and on the back were Revzin's information, the make of the car and the address.

I gave this information to Chebotarev. Then a few days later we went to the address on Staraya Basmannaya Street in Moscow, inspected the place.

A few days later Oleg called and said: What have you done, killed the wrong person. I met with Ramazanov and he said that they killed the wrong person. We met at his apartment. Oleg was unhappy, saying, "You are blind, what are you doing?" He said that he would think about what to do next and decide that most likely the topic was lost because the wrong person was killed.

We did not see each other for some time, and then Ramazanov O. said that he convinced Tsimbaev that we had nothing to do with the murder of Ponomarenko. Tsimbaev gave the go-ahead to continue the murder. I myself did not communicate directly with Tsimbaev.

I passed the information to Chebotarev A.I. and he said that everything would be fine and he would personally supervise everything.

About 10-14 days later, Chebotarev A.I. organized an attack on Revzin A.G. A few days later, Revzin left the territory of the Russian Federation, which gave Tsimbaev the opportunity to manage the department store, and for us to receive rent payments. After some time I saw Oleg, he said that they started working and gave me 35 thousand US dollars. Oleg set up a company that was collecting payments in a department store.

Investigator's question to defendant Ramazanov O.D.: What can you tell us about the circumstances of the murder of Ponomarenko T.B. on 11.04.2003 and the attempted murder of Revzin A.G. on 16.05.2003 in the courtyard of house No. 26 on Staraya Basmannaya Street in Moscow? What was your role in these crimes?

Answer from defendant Ramazanov O.D.: I do not know who Ponomarenko T.B. is and had nothing to do with his murder. I also had nothing to do with the attempted murder of Revzin A.G. I was only registered at Teply Stan, and I lived at 2 Aivazovsky St. (Yasenevo).

Investigator's question to the accused Yakhnev A.V.: What can you explain about the murder of Andreev K.B. on 15.07.2003 near house No. 144, building 2, Leninsky Prospekt, Moscow?

Answer by the accused Yakhnev A.V.: Some time after we received money from rent, I had a meeting with Ramazanov O. and during the meeting Ramazanov O. told me that our agreements on monthly payment of funds received from rent payments her department store "Moskovsky", under threat, since he had problems with Burchakov P.B. Burchakov allegedly was one of the criminal authorities of Dagestan and contacted Ramazanov O. and presented him with some claims or demands, and if we do not resolve the problem with Burchakov and Gadzhiev (through whom, allegedly, he contacted Ramazanov), then the payments under Moskovsky will end, since Burchakov threatened to physically eliminate Ramazanov, that this must be resolved urgently.

I reported this to Chebotarev A.I., he agreed, which I reported to Ramazanov. At this or the next meeting, I was given the address where Gadzhiev lived (behind the CDT - the Tourist House). Since Chebotarev personally knew Gadzhiev, only the address was passed on.
