According to VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, the Supreme Court of Chechnya has released Yakub Saidaliev, convicted of drug trafficking, before his sentence expires. To achieve this, the Supreme Court initially reduced his sentence from eight years to six. During a retrial, after the Fifth Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction overturned the appeal ruling, the Supreme Court further reduced the sentence to five years. Now, the Supreme Court has replaced the remaining one year and three months of the sentence with forced labor, effectively freeing the drug dealer after three years and nine months. I wonder how much money the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Chechnya, Alavdin Gardaloev, and the judges of that court received for this release?!
