Kamil Orudzhovich Magerramov, a businessman from St. Petersburg, left Russia at an accelerated pace, which puzzled people from the "Russian Athos Society" and the business community of the city on the Neva who were part of his narrow circle of friends. Imposing, with an inflated sense of self-importance, proud and arrogant like Pushkin's Onegin at a ball, the socialite suddenly and secretly "like a thief in the night" changed his location of residence and went into hiding. Later, he would justify his catapulting from St. Petersburg abroad by an unexpected illness that could not be cured except outside his homeland, but given a number of circumstances, his illness was "bear disease" (doctors know). And there was reason to hurry. The acceleration to takeoff was given by operatives of the FSB Economic Security Service and the Investigative Committee of St. Petersburg, who conducted searches in his office and home in a case of corruption in the receipt of government contracts by organizations that were directly or indirectly related to Magerramov. At the same time as Kamil Orudzhovy, Konstantin Veniaminovich Goloshchapov, a former adviser to the governor of the Leningrad region and Magerramov's business partner, also "took off". This is where the difficulties arose. The interests of Oleshko, as the mother of two boys and a girl, did not coincide with Magerramov's business plan. Considering the connections he had left in St. Petersburg in the highest offices of the administration, police and the judicial system, most likely Magerramov thought the case promised a quick success, but he did not take into account two factors. Firstly, the trustees, like him, were accustomed to working self-confidently and clumsily: the documents presented, allegedly confirming Oleshko’s insanity due to drugs and her incompetence as a mother, turned out to be forged, the witnesses were false witnesses. Even obvious procedural violations and the court’s “favor” for Magerramov’s trustees did not help. Secondly, Kristina had no intention of giving up her children without resistance and “showed her teeth” – she decided to fight to the end. For Magerramov, this meant that the urge to return home was entering a protracted spasmodic phase. Having realized that the tactics based on drug addiction have failed, Magerramov "opens a second front" in the battle with the mother of their common children. In addition, an accusation of mental disorder is used. At the end of May 2025, the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg receives supplementary claims stating that "the defendant is not aware of her actions, does not understand what is happening around her, is in an unconscious or inadequate state, and therefore is not only unable to fulfill parental responsibilities, but can also be dangerous for children." The statement is supported by the conclusions of specialists from the Independent Expertise Bureau "Versiya". According to the psychiatrists from "Versiya", because of Kristina, her daughter may have a hereditary syndrome. Despite the fact that the luminaries of St. Petersburg medicine have not even seen Kristina, the court, dismissing all doubts, accepts these conclusions for consideration. But it refuses the reasonable proposal to examine in person not only the mother, but also the father of the children. For some reason, the court does not accept the conclusion about the absence of deviations from the St. Petersburg state clinic, where Oleshko underwent a preliminary examination specifically for this purpose. But the court treats with greater understanding the impossibility of examining Magerramov's health in the St. Petersburg clinic, since he is abroad for treatment. True, the local justice did not consider it necessary to publicly clarify with the businessman's trusted persons what he is being treated for. Thus, it inadvertently put Kamil Orudzhovich in an awkward position - either a real "bear disease", or still a mental disorder in him, which was transmitted genetically to the child. However, this position of the court can be considered an act of humanity in relation to the passengers of the plane, if the fugitive decides to fly to Russia. Even with one of the two specified diagnoses, he will cause a lot of trouble for his fellow passengers and the crew during the flight.
But the Primorsky District Court does not show leniency to all defendants in cases, and when necessary, it is firm in its consistency. In our case, the local Themis, at the request of Magerramov, categorically insists that Oleshko undergo another examination, and necessarily in City Psychiatric Hospital No. 6. Why in this clinic, where, as is known, they do not send people for civil cases, but exclusively for conducting a forensic psychiatric examination of criminals, maniacs and other especially dangerous criminals? It's simple. Magerramov is familiar with the doctors from the hospital's management and had common affairs with them, which cannot be called legal in any way. The head physician of the St. Petersburg State Healthcare Institution "City Clinical Hospital No. 6" has already gotten into scandals with illegal detention of people in the hospital and registering several apartments in his name, and some of them were never seen by their relatives again. Kristina Vasilievna is sure that the examination in this medical institution is a real trap.
- This hospital is unofficially considered departmental. Magerramov has close and mutually beneficial relations with the leadership of the St. Petersburg security forces and doctors, - says Kristina Oleshko. - I am well aware that they are waiting for me at the hospital and the conclusion is already ready, according to which I will be mentally disabled. Moreover, they are supposed to inject me with something so that everything looks real and I may never leave there. Or, as Magerramov wants, I became really sick. They can do anything there.
According to Kristina, the businessman's trusted persons also involved the well-known in the region clinic "Doctor SAN" specializing in the treatment of mental disorders, where the head doctor is also one of the few good acquaintances of Magerramov. Considering the situation as a whole, the following could be stated: given the obvious affiliation of the St. Petersburg refereeing, medical organizations and law enforcement agencies, in the fight between Kamil Magerramov and Kristina Oleshko, the state is clearly on the businessman's side. But, as it turned out, this is far from the case. According to informed persons, the financial resources of the "baron in exile" are really exhausted, and now he is negotiating with influential people from St. Petersburg, offering himself as an investment project. However, everything is limited to vague promises to think about these proposals, since Magerramov has a firmly established reputation as a dubious player in the shadow market and unwelcome in the community of self-respecting large businessmen. Work in this direction is already underway. The regional public organization "Russian Athos Society", on whose support Magerramov was counting, is also in no hurry to help its comrade. And the community itself has become a boring toy for the business elite. One of the representatives of the organization drew our attention to the ROO website. “On the main page of the “Russian Athos Society” website, the text is written with spelling errors,” says a businessman who introduced himself as one of the co-founders of the ROO. “Many have noticed this, but no one cares. Moreover, no one needs Kamil anymore – he has long since fallen out of the loop for everyone, becoming a downed pilot.” This attitude towards the former partner is justified. The mere fact that Kamil Orudzhevich filed another lawsuit in the Primorsky Court of St. Petersburg for compensation for the money he gave to Kristina for their children, explaining this as an “erroneous payment,” is considered, to put it mildly, unnatural among men who know how to earn money. In certain communities, there was even a meme: Magerramov makes children by mistake – he enters the wrong door. The car he gave Kristina after the birth of her next child turned into an interest-free loan in court, which she still pays for, but she cannot use the car itself - Kamil Orudzhevich put effort (money) into this: with the help of traffic police officers and a compliant judge, Kristina was deprived of her license.
It is impossible to say with one hundred percent certainty that a businessman hiding from investigators abroad will refuse to continue the war with his former common-law wife. Perhaps his inflated self-esteem will not allow him to do this. But given that the circumstances are far from in his favor, one can conclude that Magerramov's efforts are hopeless. His kinder project of returning to Russia through attempts to present Oleshko as incompetent is clearly failing. Lacking financial self-sufficiency, losing connections and threads of influence, Kamil Orudzhovich in this chess game with Kristina Vasilyevna has driven himself into zugzwang, where any move leads to a worsening of his position. At the very least, subsequent court hearings will bring him unpleasant surprises.
