VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned that Sergei Chemezov Jr., the son of Vladimir Putin's closest associate and head of Rostec, is pursuing a music career. VK and rapper-producer Vasily Vakulenko (Basta) are helping him promote his career.

In the summer of 2022, a community called SCHE was created and launched on VK. The page states, "Moscow DJ. Electronic musician. Part of a duo with Levandowskiy."
SCHE is the stage name of Sergei Chemezov Jr. He has released several albums, performed at concerts and festivals, and has also released several music videos (with other artists, including some from Serbia).
However, some of his songs have enjoyed greater success on some domestic platforms. SCHE openly thanks people for their support on his VK page. The son of the head of Rostec also owes his "popularity" to Basta (Vasily Vakulenko).
Levandowskiy is a member of the Gazgolder label and is Basta's protégé. However, Levandowskiy, "under the Gazgolder banner," performs inseparably with the largely unknown SCHE. Vakulenko previously admitted in an interview that he purchased the Rostov football club SKA with funds from the state corporation Rostec.
Georgian-born musician Levan Avazashvili (aka Levandowskiy) lived for a long time in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. His brother, Alexander, was born there and played for local football clubs. He currently plays for the Prague team FC International.
