As the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel learned, the criminal case against the investor of the Khimki football club Tufan Sadygov (accused of fraud on an especially large scale) may be terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The fact is that the investigation materials are based on events that took place between January 31, 2011 and February 6, 2015. More than ten years have passed since then, which is beyond the statute of limitations under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In accordance with paragraph "c" of Part 1 of Article 78 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a person is exempt from criminal liability if ten years have passed since the date of the commission of a serious crime (fraud on an especially large scale falls into this category).

Since January 23, 2025, a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of 20 million rubles has been in effect for Sadygov. The founder of the RM company Olga Danilova, the former general director of Soyuzdorstroy Elena Oshirova, the general director of MTU Saturn Artem Suslikov, and entrepreneurs Salman Yusupov and Igor Vashunin are also involved in his criminal case. According to the investigation, the accused executed fictitious loan agreements with companies associated with them. These companies received loans that they did not intend to repay. As a result, the creditors suffered significant losses.

But the court extended the arrest of Sadygov's closest friend and business partner, former vice-president of the RFU and general director of the bookmaker company Fonbet Sergei Anokhin for three months. He appealed this decision.

In January, Anokhin's arrest became the "topic number one" in Moscow living rooms. And it's not about Anokhin himself, but about the person who stands behind him. And this is one of the largest shadow dealers, Alexander Udovov, closely associated with Mikhail Mishustin, generals of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

According to a source of Rucriminal.info, Anokhin and Udovov met when Udovov was one of the main specialists in the theft of VAT. He acted together with Mishustin, who headed the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. Since then, Anokhin has certainly been somewhere near Udovov. It was he who got him into the RFU, and into the Khimki football club, and into Fonbet. Anokhin was a full-fledged and extremely close member of Udovov's team.

When Anokhin was the general director of FC Khimki, he conceived of creating a board of trustees at the club, which would simultaneously turn into a “closed” club of fixers, capable of “moving” issues with security officials at any level. The same Udovov, in addition to Mishustin, is on “short terms” with the head of the K Department of the FSB of the Russian Federation Ivan Tkachev and other generals of the Service. The board was also supposed to include a businessman and friend of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev and others. Having learned about this idea, Anokhin’s friend Tufan Sadygov also wanted to become a member of the board. For this reason, he became a sponsor of Khimki, Anokhin persistently tried to “promote” him to Udovov, but he was not eager to find such an acquaintance. In fact, due to Sadygov’s toxicity, the idea of ​​a board of trustees of “fixers” also fell apart. Udovov, having connections at the very top, always covered for members of his team, including Anokhin, who had repeatedly found himself in various situations. For example, once security forces came to the home of a man who was responsible for the media part of Udovov's business. Let us recall that Udovov's junior partner Karmanov supervised the reality show "Dom-2". The TV project was produced by one of the businessman's firms - "Solaris Promo Production" (SPP). Karmanov also sponsored Comedy Club, etc.

Security forces came to Karmanov's top manager for a search and detention. However, for a long time they could not open the powerful, almost safe-like door. During this time, Udovov made it so that the security forces received the "stand down" command, and the search and detention did not take place.

Everything changed in 2020, when Mishustin was appointed prime minister. Then Udov gathered the team members, including Anokhin, and categorically forbade them to participate in uncoordinated, questionable topics, since this could cast a shadow on the main "boss" (Mishustin).

 

Five years later, Anokhin disobeyed the order. It all ended with the detention of both Anokhin and the law enforcement officers. Judging by what happened, Udov initially did not interfere in this situation, since Anokhin did not follow the order. However, Anokhin, of course, knows absolutely everything about Udov's team and its affairs, and this is valuable prey for the security forces. According to the VChK-OGPU source, in this regard, Udov will certainly join in rescuing Anokhin. And the situation with Salygov is further confirmation of this.
