On October 29, Artem Shalyakin, a former journalist for AZHUR, creator of the Lisa Basilio channel, and author and friend of the Cheka-OGPU, was kidnapped in St. Petersburg by officers from the St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region FSB Directorate. He and his gadgets were simply taken away, and his fate remains unknown. On October 31, Pavel Durov blocked the Cheka-OGPU. Given Durov's historically close relationship with the St. Petersburg FSB Directorate, this joint operation can safely be called a "successful" one.
