Correspondents of the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucriminal.info, on condition of anonymity, talked with a PMC fighter Wagner, who spoke about what types of “executions” are practiced in this private army and for what they are cracking down on fighters. And also about the ideology of PMCs and about relations with representatives of the Ministry of Defense.

“The most common execution is the usual execution. Not because it is humane, but because it is pragmatic and most convenient. They can be shot for being greedy with instructors, refusing to follow orders, for looting, alcohol, cigarettes, rape, etc.

But this is precisely an execution, while they can simply "punish": shoot a leg, break a leg, give a very dangerous task...

For sledgehammering, you need a big flight - specifically betrayal. More talk about it. There were talks about how, for betraying one’s own, they squandered their belly on the tees for the sauna and turned them on ...

Similarly - skinning and a dropper for killing commanders.

As a "kind" type of execution, it is an unambiguously fatal task, where it is basically impossible to survive: storming positions to the stop; reconnaissance in combat without a chance to return, etc. It cannot be said that this is a regulated execution, but it has become a kind of tradition when a fighter is given a chance for a normal funeral and payments to the family.

An attempt to present PMC "Wagner" as a structure of armed criminals is a pure myth. Not only that: inside the PMC it is not particularly important where you come from - from the army or from the zone. The principle is the same for everyone: your old life has remained "there", and in "Wagner" you start from scratch.

The attitude of "musicians" to the RF Armed Forces often varies between negative and strongly negative, but this is not some kind of jealousy. The question is deeper: service in the army has its own psychology, which is fundamentally different from the psychology that reigns in Wagner. For example, the military has an ineradicable habit of working for a report, sharpening for formalism, etc.

The military may think about retreat, and the "musicians" these thoughts are cut out by illustrative examples of what awaits you for surrender.

The only ones who are treated very differently are newcomers, especially stormtroopers. If a fighter lasts at least a couple of weeks or even a week, then his chances of surviving are very, very much increased. But the key word here is "if". The whole task is to put the beginner in the frame, and then he will either be fired upon, or ... there are always new beginners. The main percentage of losses goes to them.

Another reason for hostility towards the military is that the Musicians are thrown to "put out fires" where the military refused, failed or filonyat. If there is a question of efficiency, then there can be no question of losses, this is also the difference from the military, which, at the risk of large losses, can abandon the task. Wagner does not even have the concept of "too big losses" if there is a fundamental task. Nobody will persuade.

Another fundamental difference with the military is the control system. Here they choose their own commanders, they themselves form units. The reverse side is the responsibility for each other's popadalov. If the unit runs, then the commander can bang. And if some of your “get on skis”, then they will ask you as an accomplice, even if you did not run away.

At the same time, one of the options for execution is that you can simply agree to go into irrevocable, die and atone for everything with blood. Then the family is entitled to all payments, and to the deceased - the evacuation of the body and all the honors. But if you are shot or even executed (there are options here, not just a sledgehammer) - no body, no payments.
