As it became known to the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU, Vladimir Kostrichenko, a participant in a shootout on Rochdelskaya Street, died in an accident in the Nizhny Novgorod region. A terrible accident occurred on Sunday, December 18, in the Vorotynsky district. The Cadillac Escalade, driven by Kostrichenko, was moving at high speed towards the capital. The driver lost control and collided with the GAZelle.

Exactly 7 years ago - on December 14 - Kostrichenko, together with the lawyer of the "Dictatorship of Law" board, retired KGB colonel Eduard Budantsev, were detained as suspects in the murder. As soon as the FSB officers entered the case, Budantsev and Kostrichenko turned from accused into witnesses.

The shootout on Rochdelskaya occurred due to a conflict between the owner of the Elements restaurant, Zhanna Kim, and designer Fatima Misikova: the latter believed that Kim did not pay her 8 million rubles extra. for the repair. Henchmen of the thief in law Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy), Andrey Kochuykov, nicknamed Italian, Eduard Romanov and several other people came to demand money from Kim. Kim called Budantsev, who arrived with Kostrichenko, for negotiations. As a result, Budantsev, who was being beaten, opened fire with a Beretta 92 FS pistol. As a result, 2 people died and 3 were injured.

Budantsev was first charged with murder, and then the charge was reclassified as exceeding the limits of necessary self-defense.

Behind bars were Kalashov, Kochuykov and their accomplices. The ex-head of the Main Directorate of the ICR for Moscow, Alexander Drymanov, the ex-head of the department for interdepartmental cooperation and own security of the ICR, Mikhail Maksimenko, and the ex-head of the department for the ICR for the Central Administrative District, Alexei Kramarenko, were also involved in the case. The FSB believes that they received $ 1 million for the release of Kochuykov from the pre-trial detention center. To follow the plot of the fabricated case, police officers Denis Romashkin and Ildar Shakirov were also sent to the colony, who were allegedly inactive during the shootout.

It is known that Vladimir Kostrichenko, who on Sunday died in an accident in the Nizhny Novgorod region, was in the region on behalf of the lawyer Eduard Budantsev. He, being his confidant, represented the interests of the Budantsev group in several directions.

Some time ago, Budantsev and his people carried out a raider seizure of the assets of the Orgsintez OKA plant (Dzerzhinsk). During a banquet on the occasion of a successful "deal", which was attended by all the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nizhny Novgorod region, Kostrichenko said that he had taken an active part in the shootout on Rochdelskaya Street on the side of Budantsev. In his story, he spoke about the role of employees of the "emka" of the FSB of the Russian Federation, who from the very beginning intervened in the course of the investigation of criminal cases and, with the help of administrative pressure on the prosecutor's office and the courts, turned the situation in favor of Budantsev, giving him the opportunity to avoid criminal responsibility for the murder.

Recently, a high-ranking officer of the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Internal Affairs contacted the editorial office of Rucriminal.info on condition of anonymity, telling a story related to Budantsev and his group. The events unfolded in the fall of 2019, in one of the restaurants in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the meeting was attended by high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Nizhny Novgorod region and a confidant of Budantsev Kostrichenko. The participants noted the successfully completed operation to re-register the assets of the Orgsintez OKA plant in Dzerdzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region (raider seizure). We note right away that the police officers were blindly used by the Department of the M FSB of the Russian Federation in the interests of the Budantsev group, they were presented with the idea that the re-registration (raider takeover) of the enterprise was necessary to return the enterprise under the wing of the state (Rostec). The meeting was attended by almost all the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Having solved all the technical problems for further interaction, after all, the victim Nikulin (the former owner of the enterprise) continued to complain both about the seizure of the enterprise and about illegal prosecution in a criminal case fabricated at the suggestion of Budantsev. Those who gathered, having drunk quite a lot, began to share interesting moments of their service activities. At some point, drunk Kostrichenko began to flaunt that he took an active part in the legendary shootout on Rochdelskaya Street, on the side of Budantsev. According to Rucriminal.info sources, in his story, Kostrichenko spoke about the role of employees of the Department of M of the FSB of the Russian Federation, who from the very beginning intervened in the course of the investigation of criminal cases and, with the help of administrative pressure on the prosecutor's office, courts, etc., turned the situation in favor of Budantsev, giving him the ability to avoid criminal liability for murder. Mentioned Kotrichenko and the former head of the Department M, and now acting. the head of the SEB FSB, General Alpatov, who patronizes Budantsev and his group.

Kostrichenko boasted of the patronage of Patrushev Jr. Kostrichenko by events on Rochdelskaya, was negatively assessed by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and its chairman Alexander Bastrykin, who, according to Kostrichenko, was practically removed from his post because of Budantsev.

According to a Rucriminal.info source who was present at the meeting, one of the police officers, interrupting Kostrichenko’s story, told those present that he was familiar with the police officers from the story of the shootout on Rochdelskaya Street and he knew that they were unreasonably accused of alleged inaction and convicted on the basis of slander. After that, the employee took out the phone and called someone. Putting the phone on speakerphone mode, he told the interlocutor that he was next to Kostrichenko. A male voice said that Kostrichenko is known to him as an extremely dishonorable person. Kostrichenko fell silent, and after a while, straightening his hair, he left the restaurant.
