The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned of the incredible delays in the release of the body of billionaire Ibragim Suleimanov's accomplice, Dagestani crime boss Abakar Darbishev. As a reminder, Darbishev was beaten by security forces during his arrest—he was tortured into giving a confession—and then died in a police van on the premises of the Central Administrative District Department of Internal Affairs. Darbishev's relatives have been unable to obtain the body for nearly 90 days, despite the fact that, according to the official response from the morgue, an autopsy was conducted in early November. However, Investigative Committee investigator Yegor Burenin (known for his work in the Bolotnaya Square case and the Ildar Dadin case) has issued an order prohibiting the release of the body, and he himself has ignored calls from relatives and their representatives. According to security officials, such an extreme delay will make it more difficult for independent experts to prove the bodily injuries inflicted on Abakar Darbishev before his death.
