The work of the investigation and the upcoming trial, which this year has a difficult analysis of the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the "origins" of the 7-billion "property complex" of the former head of the Krasnodar Regional Court Alexander Chernov, resembles the work of a pathologist. Many things need to be opened to determine the sources of the corruption infection that led to the death of not just a judge, but, in fact, the entire Kuban judicial system. The claim is the champion of Russia this century in terms of the size of kickbacks and bribes to judges. To date, none of the other corrupt representatives of the domestic Sanhedrin have come close. And it is precisely the volumes received that raise great doubts about the legality of a considerable number of sentences handed down in this southern region. After all, no one pays money to judges for the fairness of the consideration. Especially in such suitcase volumes.
Rucriminal.info and the VChK-OGPU telegram channel have already told about the Sochi, Gelendzhik and Krasnodar corruption components of Chernov's rich kickback life. Today is an equally curious Moscow part. It is based on love. More precisely, the last love of 75-year-old Chernov for the beautiful 38-year-old Olesya Mitina, the last wife of the former mastermind of the criminal fates of the Krasnodar Territory. Alexander Dmitrievich emphasized the sincerity of his feelings even in his autumn birthday greetings to the president. Among the arguments in favor of his exceptional honesty, he also named his young love from 2022, who, together with her parents, is now being dragged to justice. Let us quote:
At first glance, it is not very clear what could have united a 75-year-old old man and a 38-year-old young lady into a strong Russian family? What could Olesya Mitina find attractive here? "A striking appearance" after blepharoplasty and a complex facelift of the lower and middle third of the face? A bald spot covered by a well-made wig?
But, looking at the list of defendants in the prosecutor's lawsuit as a whole, a rather strange conclusion suggests itself. Love is a feeling that Chernov sentenced himself to life imprisonment since his youth, without the right to enter freedom. It seems that all his wives, mistresses, children born in marriage and illegitimate children are just characters involved in corruption schemes. Their only task is to play the role of official owners of customs-cleared real estate. The logic here is clear: after all, if everything were registered in one's name, even the mole-like Kuban law enforcement system could eventually see such powerful corruption, so great would be the scale of bribes and kickbacks concentrated in the hands of judges alone. And so... Sometimes the square meters were written off to the granddaughter, sometimes the collective farm property to the mistress, sometimes the Sochi bar suddenly began to belong to his illegitimate son, who became a deputy at the instigation of his father. So it is quite appropriate to say that any of Chernov's "loves" is just another "safe", which was necessary, because all the previous ones turned out to be filled to the brim with real estate.
Judging by everything, the marriage to Olesya Mitina was no exception. The wedding to a pretty Muscovite in 2022 was accompanied by another series of real estate registrations for another "love" and another father-in-law and mother-in-law.
In the Soviet past, Olesya's parents were sincerely believing communists. Her mother, Lyubov Fyodorovna, aspired to become a member of the CPSU since the Octoberists. And she was accepted into the party in 1979. At 21 years old! In those days, such early admission to the ranks was allowed only to super-ideological girls and boys. An archival record of this significant event in the family was preserved by the Romanovsky District Committee of the CPSU of the Saratov Region (fund No. 103, inventory No. 47, No. 19).
But the then family CPSU fantasies about the bright future of humanity as a whole have now been transformed into real estate and savings, reflected in the prosecutor's investigations.
And then the Prosecutor General's Office was modest, not mentioning in the lawsuit a number of other real estate, the appearance of which in the Mitin family - Chernov's new relatives, cannot be explained. A large-scale increase in "squares" happened just in 2022 - the year of the daughter's wedding.
Olesya herself is undoubtedly a bright young lady, with a considerable number of fashionable trendy interests. In short and separated by commasffffffff, Olesya Mitina is: a model, career coach, psychologist, astrologer, and beauty blogger with a beauty salon. And also, almost a statesman, who is a member of the leadership of the Eurasian Economic Cooperation Organization.
So it is not surprising that Alexander Dmitrievich was attracted by such a bright, diverse girl. The wedding deal in the same 2022 was accompanied by registering real estate worth more than one hundred million in the name of the betrothed and her parents. Thus, immediately after listening to Mendelssohn, the Mitin family suddenly fit into the almost capital oligarchs. With property not only in Moscow, but also in Krasnodar and Sochi.
The father-in-law and mother-in-law, who sang about a steam locomotive in their youth, became the owners of areas in Sochi, on the Kurortny p rospekte. The cadastral value of this resort property is about 20 million each. Real, commercial, even despite the fact that the "house" built in 2011 is well over 100.
It would probably be absurd to assume that having provided his new relatives with a hundred million dollar property, Alexander Dmitrievich would not have looked for a resort corner for himself. And he did. In the most expensive Sochi complex "Alexandria Lighthouse". Its construction was accompanied by considerable scandals. Well, how could it be built practically on the coastline? And this is with the strictest prohibitions on such new buildings in the region. But, through the courts in the Krasnodar region, such issues can be easily resolved. Especially when the chief regional judge becomes a new resident in the complex. With an apartment worth more than 150 million and a couple of parking spaces right there.
As for the Moscow part of the new family's real estate, of course, the main real estate burden fell on the model-astrological shoulders of the young wife. Apartments and garages in Moscow on General Karbyshev Boulevard fell on her.
It would probably be strange if the "newlywed" did not think about himself. The part of his dream about a Moscow corner that he realized is also reflected in the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General's Office. It indicates an apartment and a garage in the capital's residential complex "Panorama" on Krasnaya Presnya. The house on Klimashkina, 17 111 is not far from the Planetarium and the Moscow Zoo. Five minutes' walk to the metro station "Revolyutsiya1905 goda". Panoramic windows, its own fitness center and spa. Well, and the price is around two hundred million.
Given that the young family was acquiring "paired" real estate everywhere, it is even surprising that in his native Krasnodar, Alexander Dmitrievich bequeathed to his betrothed only ... garages. Managed without apartments and houses.
In this prosecutorial and judicial review, at the last moment, a completely foreign real estate "body" suddenly appeared - a couple of Moscow apartment buildings on General Glagolev, which is not so far from Olesya's apartments on Karbyshev Boulevard. The arrest of these houses, built in 1961, was imposed by the Kropotkinsky Court, as part of the consideration of the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office. What relation Chernov and his beloved, in whose name the real estate was registered, have to these apartment buildings with dozens of apartments and hundreds of people living in them, is not yet clear. But judging by the arrest imposed by the court, here too we can expect bright corruption discoveries.
All of the above documents on Chernov's real estate contain a reference to the definition of the Kropotkinsky City Court of the Krasnodar Territory No. 2-1584/2024 dated September 30, 2024. It was in the Kropotkin City Court that the Prosecutor General's Office's claim was initially supposed to be considered. It was only later that the case was transferred to the Central District Court of Sochi, after which the consideration was entrusted to the Krasnogorsk District Court of the Moscow Region.

"Please, do not listen to anyone who came up with this unsubstantiated and monstrous story, and know that I am an honest and decent person.
Those who initiate this lawlessness are trying to put pressure on everyone on whom further decision-making on this case depends, they are forming public opinion about me and the entire judicial system as enemies of the people, and what is most unbearable for me, they are disgracing me in front of the President, whom I infinitely respect and support literally all of his actions, which he takes, sparing no effort and health for the country, and correcting the monstrous sins of his predecessors.
The President awarded me the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 4th degree, the Order of Honor, the Presidential Certificate of Honor with a gold badge, the Certificate for the commemorative medal "For the construction of the Crimean bridge", the Certificate for contribution to the preparation and holding of the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017, and reappointed me by his decrees four times as Chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court. This whole story raises not only questions about the honor and dignity of the former chief judge of Kuban. The question is: why did the regional law enforcement officers not pay attention to his very profitable activities for years? They could have taken a closer look at least after the first billion cleared through customs. But only after the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General's Office, the regional authorities were surprised to discover that real estate was actually hoarded for 7 billion! (of which the young woman and her relatives have real estate registered for almost a billion). What a surprise! And the fact that it is now a black market is becoming a household name characterizing judicial greed. ness and dishonesty - this also characterizes the entire work of the southern prosecutor's office, police, and investigative committee. And it is also the best confirmation of the absolute indifference of the Kuban authorities, who love to mumble the mantra about the fight against corruption from the podium.
