According to the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, FSB officers visited the relatives of the traffic police officers killed in the explosion. The identity of the "suicide bomber" is being carefully concealed; it appears he is also being investigated for involvement in the bombing of General Fanil Sarvarov.
We were able to piece together a rough picture of what happened. Around midnight, a traffic police patrol (24-year-old Ilya Klimanov and 25-year-old Maksim Gorbunov) received information that a man was hanging around on Yasenevaya Street, near the site where the general was blown up.

The police arrived at the scene, detained him, and took him to the station. They left their police car nearby. After taking the detainee to the station, Klimanov and Gorbunov approached the car and saw a suspicious man attempting to do something. The officers reported this to the station and approached the man. At that moment, an explosion occurred. All three (the police officers and the man) were killed. However, the identity of the suicide bomber was immediately classified. Meanwhile, representatives of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) visited Klimanov and Gorbunov's relatives for some reason. They seem to believe the suicide bomber may have been involved in the Sarvarov bombing.
