At the beginning of this year, with the mediation of Matveev, the mother of Yuri Tishkov, Galina Grigoryevna, got through to the investigator. I tried to find out how the investigation was going, when the results would be, and so on. The Muscovite got off with on-duty phrases, referred to being busy, in fact, “kicked off” an elderly woman.

Meanwhile, the materials of the criminal case contain negotiations between the aforementioned Belous and a certain R.N. Yerginov. To whom the near-football boss gave a direct indication of the reprisal against Tishkov for the transfer of the player Smirnov to Spartak. So he said, Tishkov needs to be dealt with. There is also an identikit of the criminal, the so-called Misha Chebrik, who is very famous in the criminal environment precisely for dismantling with football agents.

All these hints of the journalist Matveev to the investigator Moskalets have not yet yielded results. We won't be surprised if not a single investigative action was taken after the visit to the office of the investigative department of our author.

How else to explain the silence of the investigator, the unwillingness to provide the information necessary to the public? On the website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow, we also did not even find a mention of the investigation of the "Tishkov case."

Then why this farce with the resumption of the investigation of the case? In this regard, we are directly addressing the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin. Maybe he will give an additional impetus to the work of the investigation team in order to expose the customers and murderers of Yuri Tishkov?

As our editors previously reported, the sketch of the alleged perpetrator of the murder of Yuri Tishkov outwardly is almost a “copy” of Mikhail Chebrik, a member of the Podolsk organized criminal group, who oversaw work with football agents from the underworld. However, no investigation was carried out with him. It is known that the "roof" in the activities of Yuri Tishkov, as an agent, was made by the "thief in law" Oleg Shishkanov (Shishkan, the former unspoken owner of the Ramenskoye "Saturn"), but no investigative actions were carried out with him. Now Shishkan is in custody on charges of organizing murders and committing other crimes.

The case file mentions that, according to operational information, the president of CSKA, Yevgeny Giner, and Yury Belous, who held a similar position in Torpedo-ZIL, could be the customers of the crime. Yuri Tishkov represented the interests of the Torpedo-ZIL player Dmitry Smirnov. He was supposed to go to CSKA, but at the last moment Tishkov organized the transfer of the player to Sparta. At the same time, Torpedo-ZIL did not receive any compensation.
