Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov was "fed up" today. He first declared that he was "fed up with this government and serving the people." Then he announced that he didn't want to live to old age.

"If you listen to the rumors, I won't live to old age. I don't want to live to old age. I want to leave this life loved and respected by everyone, and to be missed after death," Kadyrov said.

This talk isn't without reason. In July, the Cheka-OGPU told a version of the story involving Ramzan Kadyrov in Bodrum, Turkey. According to local media, he began suffocating in the sea. Beach guards helped him, called an ambulance, and Kadyrov was taken to a private hospital.

Chekka-OGPU sources immediately noted that it wasn't his numerous security detail that rescued Kadyrov, but strangers. The Chechen leader ended up alone on the beach. According to information circulating among prominent Chechens, Kadyrov, due to a long-standing illness, may be experiencing severe pain recently, requiring strong medications and having difficulty moving. The situation was similar in Bodrum. "No one thought he'd go anywhere, let alone to the beach. And then the security guards blinked. He ended up alone in the water. And apparently, this was no accident. According to the prevailing version, Kadyrov had no intention of returning from the sea, but the beach security intervened," a source in the Cheka-OGPU purported to share the rumor.
