Andrey Tyutyushev's Sibagro has taken on significant loans this year – the company has entered into nearly a dozen loan agreements and investment contracts secured by its assets and shares worth billions of rubles. The credit lines are open until December 2038. A year earlier, analysts calculated that despite the profitability of Sibagro itself, Tyutyushev's group of companies, consisting of approximately 20 legal entities, had incurred a net loss of 4.2 billion rubles – the main reason being the rapid growth of debt servicing costs. Now, Tyutyushev has just as rapidly increased these liabilities by at least 2.5 billion rubles.
Tyutyushev himself, as VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered, is spending his summer productively and happily. It's possible he's currently trying to enter the Georgian market, where meat prices, including pork, have been quite high for several years. This year, the Georgian government has discussed measures to support livestock farming and meat production several times, specifically discussing state support of up to 55% of the total cost of projects. Tyutyushev is a big fan of state support: for example, from 2013 to 2015, his holding company received almost 3 billion rubles in subsidies and grants from the Russian government.
According to flight tracking services, a Sibagro aircraft arrived at Tbilisi Airport on July 29. It is a private Bombardier Global 5000 Vision aircraft with tail number RA-67246 (serial number 9495), acquired by the company on lease in 2020. As of August 7, this is its last track in public services; there is no information yet on its further movements. The plane had previously spent a day in Bodrum, Turkey, arriving from Tomsk, and before that, it had been in Moscow.
The aircraft is operated by the Russian company Tharp Aviation, which serves Putin's inner circle of businessmen. Among other things, it manages the Bombardier jets of Arkady and Boris Rotenberg, the business jet of Tatyana Golikova and her husband, Viktor Khristenko, two Bombardiers associated with Albert Avdolyan, and a Bombardier jet belonging to Alexey Repik.
Sibagro currently raises pigs at dozens of pig farms in Russia (where it pollutes the surrounding area and air with rare consistency), and exports the meat to Mongolia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
Of course, the Bombardier Tyutyushevs' visit to Georgia may be vacation-related, but given that no one in the family has been sanctioned, the Tomsk pig farmers have the entire world at their disposal. For example, the southern coast of Spain, where Andrey and Yulia Tyutyushev (the wife of Sibagro's main owner) registered two companies in 2012: Inversiones Y Negocios Talisman Sl and Talisman409 Sl. Both were located at C/ Los Olivos 120, Urbanizacion Cumbre Del Sol (Benitachell)—the incredibly beautiful town of Cumbre de Sol on the Mediterranean coast, 75 km from Alicante. A few years later, Talisman409 Sl moved to San Pere 39-41 Bajo (Campello (El)), home to the charming Jova Hotel Boutique, which, according to reviews, is a favorite among Russian tourists. Over the years, both Tyutyushevs alternated in the company's management. Evgueni Sevostianov and Kuhne Gunther Wolfgang Peter managed the assets together with them. The Tyutyushevs then transferred the company's management to them, and then Oleksandr Mukhortov and Tatiana Kuznetsova joined the board of directors. In June of this year, Inversiones Y Negocios Talisman Sl again increased its authorized capital, now amounting to €9.74 million.
