According to VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, businessman Uryzmag Parastayev accused South Ossetian President Alan Gagloyev of demanding that he sell his 600 million ruble plant for 10,000 rubles right in his office.
According to him, the incident began in 2025 with a hostile takeover of his company, Subira AV LLC, which he claims was orchestrated by former South Ossetian Prime Minister Konstantin Dzhussoyev. The actions were accompanied by threats of violence.
According to the businessman, the culmination occurred with a meeting with President Alan Gagloyev on January 30, 2026. After explaining the situation, the president invited Dzhussoyev and others to his office. Parastayev claims that Gagloyev gave him an ultimatum. "The canning plant issue must be resolved today, otherwise all administrative resources will be used against me and my freedom," the businessman said. The proposal involved the forced sale of an asset valued at 600 million rubles for 10,000 rubles.
The businessman claims that he had previously sought protection from all law enforcement and fiscal agencies in the Republic of South Ossetia—from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office to the National Bank—but had been met with inaction everywhere.
