The government representative to the Russian Supreme Court expressed offense at the decision in the "Dolina case."

Mikhail Barschevsky announced his resignation as the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. A lawyer from his firm represented singer Larisa Dolina before the Supreme Court. However, the Supreme Court ruled against the singer.

"This is my last appearance before you," Barschevsky declared during a hearing in the Constitutional Court.

Larisa Dolina's representative before the Supreme Court was attorney Maria Pukhova, who works for the Barschevsky & Partners law firm founded by Mikhail Barschevsky. The Supreme Court overturned the lower courts' decisions and remanded Polina Lurye's eviction suit to the Moscow City Court of Appeal for a new hearing. The seller's challenge to the transactions was denied, and ownership of the residential property remained with the buyer, Polina Lurye.
