As reported by the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, the Skolkovo Innovation Center security guards arrested yesterday, who mined the gas pipeline and found the bomb themselves, turned out to be employees of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana (FSUE Security) of the Russian National Guard. They committed the crime to persuade management to renew their security contract.
According to our sources, several months ago, the Innovation Center administration issued an ultimatum to the Russian National Guard: a reduction in the Skolkovo security contract or a refusal to renew it. As a result, several dozen security guards from the FSUE Okhrana branch based at the Innovation Center could have lost their jobs.
Then, the department's management came up with a way to salvage the situation and do it gracefully. According to them, the organizer of the crime is believed to be Dmitry Shustov, the head of a detachment of the official Rosgvardia private security company (supervising about 70 people), a former Interior Ministry officer (he worked in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate).
He gathered two unit commanders for a meeting: Vladimir Kostogryzov, a former security guard at the Rublevo-Uspensky Police Department complex and former traffic cop, and Viktor Timofeev. Both had traveled to the so-called SVO zone with humanitarian aid and brought back trophies. One had a TNT block with a fuse, the other a package in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
The perfect plan was executed, but the Rosgvardia guards failed to gain favor. The conspiracy of the fake miners was quickly uncovered, and during interrogation, two of them confessed to the crime. All three were sent to pretrial detention, and the management of the federal state unitary enterprise lost a profitable strategic asset.
