"To love and to fuck" is the favorite song and motto of Denis Razuvaev (who filmed this video), the father of former Rosmolodezh head Ksenia Razuvaeva, who was sentenced yesterday to 6.5 years in a penal colony for embezzlement. Girls from youth forums, luxury, and criminal connections—that's how Denis lived on the income he received from patronizing his daughter Ksenia. Ksenia herself built her career thanks to close friends, who later helped her evade responsibility. However, the Razuvaeva case remains unresolved. The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have previously conducted several major investigations into this "happy" family. Now it's time to revisit some of them.

According to Mediazona, Razuvaev's accomplice, Alexander Daryev, head of the Civil Position Foundation, received a nine-year prison sentence and a fine of 800,000 rubles.

Our project examined the meteoric rise of Ksenia Razuvaeva, former head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

A native of Kazakhstan (for some reason, her official biographies list Moscow, although she was born in Shymkent, like her father) she began her career in Moscow as an administrator at a premium fitness and Pilates club in Khamovniki. In a resume from the 2010s, she indicated that she was a member of a dance troupe and willing to travel.

Around this time, her life took a dramatic turn: she met Pavel Zenkovich, a government official. With his arrival in Ksenia Razuvaeva's life, she no longer needed to build a portfolio, and her coveted business trips to world resorts became more than abundant.

The official was married at the time, but left his family for his young wife.

The Cheka-OGPU managed to find a photograph of them together in an informal setting. The photo is dated 2017. Pavel Zenkovich was sitting at a table with his fiancée's family. In the photo, he is attempting to kiss Ksenia Razuvaeva. Denis Razuvaev is seated at the head of the table.

Returning to his career. Since 2012, Pavel Zenkovich oversaw domestic policy, public projects, and organizations in the Presidential Administration. The official literally threw all of this at the feet of his mistress.

Ksenia Razuvaeva naturally rose to prominence: in 2014, she became head of the Russian Patriot Center. Under Zenkovich's patronage, Ksenia spoke to Vladimir Putin, congratulated Sergei Sobyanin, and much more.

Later, in 2021, Ksenia Razuvaeva transferred to the Presidential Administration and became head of Rosmolodezh that same year. However, she may owe this successful career boost to another patron, which we'll discuss below.

Judging by leaks, then-Deputy Minister (from 2017 to 2020, first at the Ministry of Education and Science, then at the Ministry of Education) Pavel Zenkovich assumed full patronage of his chosen one's family.

The officials traveled together, driving cars with license plates registered to the Presidential Administration, and members of Razuvaeva's family had ministerial passes and passes for the Old Square.

Various benefits, such as a FAN ID for Denis Razuvaev, Ksenia Razuvaeva's father, were arranged for via her email address by Pavel Zenkovich's assistant, Diana.

Archival records indicate that Denis Razuvaev was wanted in the 2000s. Kazakh security officials suspected him of murder. In 2011, he received a passport in Dagestan, the reason for which was listed as "acquisition of Russian citizenship." Other members of the Razuvaev family also legalized their residence in the North Caucasus republic.

As his daughter's career progressed, Denis Razuvaev moved to the Istra district of the Moscow region. A 400-square-meter cottage in the village of Lobanovo was registered to him and his relatives.

Judging by the criminal case, Denis Razuvaev was deeply integrated into the corruption schemes of his daughter and her circle.

According to a source in the Cheka-OGPU, Ksenia Razuvaeva distanced herself from Zenkovich after his resignation in 2020. He was then unofficially accused of grand corruption in the Ministry of Education, but was kept "in charge" in his position at the major publishing house, Prosveshcheniye. Against this backdrop, the then head of Rosmolodezh became a favorite of Nemeryuk, a high-ranking official from the Moscow mayor's office.

They were friends on each other's personal social media pages. Ilona Razuvaeva even became "friends" with the Moscow government minister. Open sources also reveal information about their joint participation in events and campaigns, such as the All-Russian "We Are Together" campaign.

Judging by leaked documents, the Razuvaev family's standard of living actually improved during this time. After 2020, Ksenia began receiving regular deliveries from TsUM to the address of a historic building on Maly Kozikhinsky Lane, 20 meters from Patriarch's Ponds.

Denis Razuvaev hosted parties in a separate house purchased purely for entertainment. Take a look at the decor, and everything will become clear. A luxury fleet: a G-Wagen Brabus, a Mercedes Maybach, a Rolls-Royce Phantom, a Toyota Land Cruiser.

Incidentally, Denis's close friend was Anastasia Romanova, an employee of the Bolshaya Peremena (Big Change) non-profit organization, which is part of the Rosmolodezh ecosystem.

Denis Razuvaev got caught in a car accident. Ksenia's home was searched as part of this case, along with her current common-law husband, Moscow Government Minister Alexei Nemeryuk.

It's a truly astonishing story. Daryev is a multiple-convict who, during his career, has dealt drugs, robbed people, and committed real estate scams. He was at the epicenter of the scandal involving the sale of the apartment of the lead singer of the band Strelka, known by the pseudonym Radisika Kat. Denis Razuvaev was also involved in a similar real estate "business." This is how they met. With the outbreak of the war, the couple found a new outlet for their talents. Ksenia Razuvaeva began organizing the criminal Daryev's participation in various high-profile events organized by Rosmolodezh, where he managed to pose alongside Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko, DPR Head Denis Pushilin, Chechen Head Ramzan Kadyrov, propagandist Vladimir Solovyov, and others. Using his connections with these individuals, Daryev actively raised money for the SVO, which flowed into Denis Razuvayev's foundation and then diverted it into his own pockets.

Daryev was arrested for another fraud in November 2023, and he has been in pretrial detention since then. That would have been the end of it, perhaps. But in the summer of 2024, Daryev's persona unexpectedly caught the attention of the FSB's Legislative Chamber. Events then unfolded rapidly. In July 2024, a case regarding embezzlement from Denis Razuvayev's foundation came to light. On August 2, he was arrested. And on August 14, Ksenia Razuvaeva's resignation was announced.
