As reported by VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin has a place for private meetings near the state-owned company's office. It's a steakhouse where exclusive cars with security guards, often with fake license plates, arrive almost every evening.
While oil refineries in Russia are burning openly and Rosneft's revenues are plummeting, Igor Sechin, the head of the state-owned company, is also admiring the open fire... with a glass of wine worth 1 million rubles.
Sources have revealed Sechin's favorite spot, where he has a small room reserved for him, rather than a table.
Literally a hundred meters from Staraya Ploshchad, the Presidential Administration complex, a couple hundred meters from Lubyanka Square, and two minutes from Rosneft headquarters, is the trendy Argentine meat restaurant Carniceria Vino, where an entire private, intimate "Warehouse" room is almost always reserved for the head of Rosneft. The restaurant cooks rare steaks from marbled beef right in front of you over an open fire. A special cellar houses vast wine reserves, usually Argentine. But Sechin has a separate shelf dedicated to elite wines from around the world, priced at 1 million rubles a bottle and up.
Representatives of the Presidential Administration, Lubyanka Square, big business, and sometimes even mysterious ladies with extensive security detail rush to his dinner party at Igor Ivanovich's invitation.
Among the recognizable faces, Anton Vaino, the head of the Russian Presidential Administration, was spotted there in the evening. Recently, a guest arrived at Sechin's restaurant courtyard in a luxury Mercedes with a large security detail (pictured). It's difficult to determine who was inside the limousine, as its license plate, according to all databases, appears to belong to a regular VAZ. Other photos of the motorcade online suggest a woman inside.
