The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info continue to talk about the fate of the leaders of the defrauded miners-shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK, who are trying to get their money from Metalloinvest and Alisher Usmanov. The first of them, Andrei Burkin, was sent to prison for 9.5 years. At the same time, they eliminated a dangerous witness - Andrei Burkin's wife Victoria was sent to a colony for 7 and a half years. The Burkins have been in inhumane conditions of a strict regime for a year and a half! And this is on a completely fabricated case of extortion. Today we will tell you about another leader of the miners who suffered from Alisher Usmanov, Andrei Ivanov.

Let us recall that the miners lost their shares in the mining and processing plant during a forced buyout, which was carried out by Usmanov and Skoch structures at prices far from market prices. The assessment was carried out by the company "Gorislavtsev and Co. Assessment", which proceeded from the fact that the official revenue of the mining and processing plant was less than 1 billion dollars. However, as the miners claim, in reality the revenue was understated by at least three times. For the purposes of tax optimization, the products were sold at reduced prices to Usmanov and Skoch offshore companies (BGMT and FMC ltd.), and they then sold them at market prices. As a result, the real revenue of the mining and processing plant was at least 3 billion dollars. Andrey Ivanov signed a settlement agreement with Metalloinvest. How the negotiations went, who the intermediaries were, we will tell you another time. Ivanov was persuaded to do this by the entire management, as well as representatives of Metalloinvest - Ilya Rybalkin, Grigory Levchenko, Alex Tumanyan. Usmanov's personal PR man Grigory Levchenko was especially diligent (he was the personal PR man of the former head of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin, he has a residence permit in Germany). According to the Agreement of April 12, 2023, Ivanov pledged not to mention the company, its representatives and, most importantly, shareholder Alisher Usmanov.

For their part, Usmanov's specialists (Levchenko, Tumanyan and Rybalkin) verbally guaranteed Ivanov that the minority miners, whom he represented by proxy, would also receive decent compensation for past deception. We will treat them with proportionate respect," Usmanov's representatives said. However, Ivanov later learned that Metalloinvest lawyers had begun to “give” old people 2-3 million rubles as “social and humanitarian aid,” while taking receipts stating that they had no claims against the company. Later, the signatures of 3 LGOK minority shareholders appeared on an “Open Letter” addressed to the company and to its shareholder Usmanov.

In other words: they again decided not to pay even 50% of the market value of the shares they had taken away. The miners credited Ivanov for this dirty trick. And then he began to consult them over the phone on how to act correctly in order to receive decent compensation. It later turned out that the miners’ phones were tapped.

“My fault, mistake, oversight is that I trusted Usmanov’s people on their word of honor,” Ivanov notes.

Now, the experts on "Open Letters" in defense of the oligarch's honor are threatening the same thing they promised Andrei Ivanov in 2009 through the Director of Corporate Affairs Sergey Yakovlevich Shuvalov: "We won't kill! We'll take everything and charge you with a criminal offense!" The oligarchs are trying to keep their word despite international sanctions: Andrei Burkin and his wife, who have nothing to do with the long-standing dispute, were charged with a criminal offense under a crudely fabricated case of "extortion."

The new CEO of the company is threatening Andrei Ivanov with the same thing. The threats are contained in his letter marked "confidential."

Grigory Levchenko is especially trying. He sends Ivanov messages with a video for the Nirvana song "Stay Away," which begins with the words "Better to be dead than "cool." And also the message that God "does not know" Ivanov.

VChK-OGPU emphasizes an important detail: now Usmanov's lawyers are offering small money (16 thousand rubles per share) to elderly, disadvantaged people from among the deceived, essentially robbed minority shareholders in exchange for recognizing the sentence of the Burkin family as fair.

Metallinvest is destroying people by families and trying to cover up the fabricated trial with general condemnation and withdrawal of confidence in the leader of the group Burkin.
