The scandal surrounding the connections between the Chairman of the Stavropol Arbitration Court and the "energy king" Kaitov, and the successful settlement of an anti-corruption lawsuit seeking 337 million rubles from the son of the Chairman of the Stavropol Arbitration Court, Daniil Lysenko, which he siphoned off through companies controlled by him and laundered for the benefit of Mr. Kaitov, who is currently fugitive from justice, has barely died down, when the story of Ms. Lysenko is once again gaining momentum.

As can be seen from online sources, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation repeatedly intervenes in scandalous cases heard by the Stavropol Arbitration Court and insists on their transfer to an arbitration court in another constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

Thus, the Stavropol Arbitration Court is hearing yet another case in which the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has intervened and filed a motion for transfer to another arbitration court. In this case, Mr. Andrei Vasilyevich Golyna is challenging the tax authority's decision to impose a large additional tax and fee on him.

The Prosecutor General's Office stated in court that the investigation revealed that one of Golyna A.V.'s business partners is D.K. Lysenko, the son of L.A. Lysenko, Chairman of the Arbitration Court of Stavropol Krai. Interestingly, articles had previously surfaced online about Lysenko's connection to the notorious Arashukov clan.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, the Arbitration Court of Stavropol Krai cannot resolve the case due to the court chairman's personal interest in its outcome, which precludes the exercise of impartial justice, thus justifying a change in territorial jurisdiction. According to established practice, Judge Lysenko does not hear such cases herself, but delegates them to her subordinates. While these subordinates may wish to consider their cases impartially, they are deprived of this opportunity due to their complete subordination and obligation to follow Lysenko's orders.

The highly odious L.A. Lysenko, through the involvement of her nominee son, Daniil, is effectively a business partner with all the scandalous and major businessmen in the region. These privileges allow these "businessmen" not only to illegally acquire municipal property and legalize it through the Arbitration Court, but also grant them privileges in challenging unfavorable tax assessments.

Igor Krasnov, recently appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, publicly declared the unacceptability of corruption in the judicial system and a strict fight against it.

"Any attempts at corrupt behavior will be strictly suppressed; work in this area is under my personal control. I am confident that my words will be heard by those to whom these words are addressed," Krasnov was quoted by RG.ru. Despite the tough stance of the new Chairman of the Supreme Court, Igor Krasnov, the Chairman of the Stavropol Arbitration Court, L.A. Lysenko, continues his presidency and only expands his "monopoly" on judicial power and the seizure of municipal assets in the region.

There are even rumors that, despite the public confrontation with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, which began before Igor Krasnov's appointment as Chairman of the Supreme Court, Lysenko somehow "miraculously" gained the trust of the new Chairman of the Supreme Court and may even have received guarantees of her immunity and continued work for the "benefit" of citizens!

* Time will tell whether she has managed to "work together" with the new Chairman of the Supreme Court, Igor Krasnov; we will be following developments!*
