All that was left was to choose a husband for her, and a son-in-law for her shady schemes. The choice fell on David Tserikidze, who was engaged in fraud with land plots in the same Sochi.

Galina Moskaleva, in turn, did not remain in debt, providing services to the "future son-in-law" using her official position. Among other things, she did everything she could to promote his candidacy for deputy of the Sochi City Assembly.
But in the end, David Tserikidze did not sit in the deputy's chair at all. By the verdict of the Adler District Court of Sochi, the failed son-in-law was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison for fraud on an especially large scale.
But Galina Moskaleva remains in her position to this day. And a new son-in-law was also quickly selected under the old criteria. The empty place was taken by the "fixer" Armenak Tozlyan, who has a whole trail of cases of land fraud and deception of equity holders. In a word, the son-in-law for Galina Moskaleva's shady schemes is simply ideal, and she is already actively using him in, so to speak, family affairs.
As the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel found out, Galina Moskaleva, together with her son-in-law Armenak Tozlyan, pulled off a scam with a land plot worth 2 billion rubles.
In the screenshots that became available to the channel, you can read the correspondence in all details, how Galina Aleksandrovna tried to make her future son-in-law a deputy and accepted expensive gifts.
The new son-in-law appeared almost immediately, and was already a ready-made deputy. And so, without any time to warm up, this tandem got down to business. Using her official position, Moskaleva helped her son-in-law Tozlyan get a huge plot of land in Sochi for practically nothing, and then they sold it at market value for 2 billion rubles.
In the Sokol office center, which Tozlyan bought with the money of the fugitive oligarch Makarevich, in the summer gazebo you can often see petitioners, businessmen and officials of various ranks with requests to “resolve issues” with higher-ups, where Tozlyan has connections. This is where the transfer of money to Galina Moskaleva took place.
Moskaleva managed to capture the process of transferring the money on photo and video, we attach. In the footage, the official, without any embarrassment, in the same gazebo, right in broad daylight, accepts another wad of dollars from Tozlyan, counts them and takes them to her car. One can only guess how many more such plots of land Moskaleva will be able to “develop” in conjunction with her son-in-law Tozlyan, but given their appetite for the still undeveloped parks and nature of Sochi, it is simply scary.
