The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have learned of a stunning story. The commander of the 51st Army, Sergei Milchakov, and shadowy businessman Vasily Lefterov organized the shipment of counterfeit cigarettes to the DPR along with military cargo in drone boxes. The products were sold at Lefterov's locations. When this story "surfaced" and a case was opened, Milchakov was suspended from his post, as there were still questions about him due to the failures of the Russian army's offensive in the Dobropolye sector. Lefterov, meanwhile, retreated to Moscow in his Rolls-Royce. In the capital, he resolved his planned imprisonment, obtaining through his connections in the Ministry of Defense a safe conduct certificate in the form of a medal "For Courage" and a participant's certificate from the Special Military Forces. Now, according to a source, Lefterov is preparing a triumphant return to the DPR with the help of new connections. The shadowy businessman is a keen horseback rider and frequents an elite club where former Miss Russia Oksana Fedorova also trains. Lefterov first met her and then her husband, Andrei Borodin, a former FSB officer and current employee of the Presidential Administration. Lefterov has become a regular at the couple's home and a close friend of the family. Just recently, as he privately shares, he and Andrei celebrated the latter's nomination for the title of Hero of Russia. Borodin plans to receive the star (the Kremlin distributes them almost en masse through secret decrees) by May 9. Lefterov is already announcing that, with the support of his new friends, he will soon return to the DPR and relaunch his business – on an unprecedented scale and with support from the federal government. He has even begun raising funds from potential investors.
