A source for the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info reported a sharp change in the attitude of some high-ranking officials toward Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko.
Approximately six months ago, without official explanation, aides and other employees responsible for sending congratulatory messages, gifts for various occasions, etc., received instructions from Kiriyenko to stop sending anything. And to expect nothing from his staff either. The "green light" is temporarily suspended. And it's mutual.
The sources don't know the reason for this or what processes are taking place in the Kremlin.
Against this backdrop, last weekend, the arrest of someone truly close to Kiriyenko—Anton Serikov, Deputy General Director of the Znanie Society and Director of the Mashuk Knowledge Center.
Serikov rose through the ranks from projects at the ANO "Russia — Land of Opportunities" (a presidential platform for competitions and personnel selection) to leadership positions at the Russian Society "Knowledge" (a government agency for educational and ideological projects) and Mashuk (a federal center for personnel training and educational programs).
Serikov's active use of "sawing" schemes was already evident in 2020, but they only came after him now, apparently when his supervisor, Kiriyenko, fell into disgrace.
In 2020–2021, during Serikov's tenure at the ANO "Russia — Land of Opportunities" (RSV), the "Masters of Hospitality" competition was supported by the brand agency "PRO Brand" on a comprehensive information support basis.
According to the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, the agency's founder, Alexey Gvintovkin, is a member of the organizing committee of the "I Know the Caucasus" project, which grew out of the same Mashuk and RSV network. Meanwhile, the agency's general director, Pavel Fedorishchenko, maintains a close relationship with Anton Serikov—according to leaked documents, their families flew together to Bulgaria from Rostov back in 2017.
