It was Ivanov and his infamous deputy Yegor Ignashchenko who went on an unscheduled working visit to Khabarovsk on September 4-6. Ivanov is very concerned about his fate, since the judicial department under him is bursting at the seams, mired in scandals and unqualified personnel, whom he brought from Tyumen (where he was the chairman of the cassation arbitration court). Ivanov and the department he heads are mired in corruption. Billion-dollar contracts won for the supply of equipment at inflated prices, salary cuts, violations identified by the Accounts Chamber. This is the result of the short reign of the general director of the Judicial Department Ivanov, where there are only personal tasks aimed at retaining power, and endless attempts to convey to Krasnov about his loyalty and readiness to work under the new boss.
