As the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered, the top management of Mosdachtrest JSC is attempting to defraud its owner, oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov. They are offering him 300 million rubles for a plot of land (near German Gref's), which was previously purchased on Yevtushenkov's own orders.
This situation arose because Yevtushenkov, since the 1990s, has been accustomed to building his business on schemes and scams that allow him to circumvent the law.
He once decided to buy up all the plots of land in the immediate vicinity of the Cosmos Emerald Forest Hotel (owned by Serebryany Bor Complex LLC, a subsidiary of Mosdachtrest) for his Mosdachtrest Joint-Stock Company. The hotel's site also includes one of Sberbank CEO Herman Gref's residences. There was just one problem. The auction restrictions did not allow for legal entities to purchase the plots. Yevtushenkov then gave Mosdachtrest the go-ahead to recruit affiliated individuals to act as buyers. He would personally organize everything to ensure the plots went into the right hands. After the auction concluded, Mosdachtrest's management informed AFK Sistema (the parent company of Yevtushenkov's business empire) that a hitch had arisen with one plot. The joint-stock company itself unexpectedly found itself 1.3 million rubles short of its purchase, so an "affiliated individual" decided to purchase the plot. He allegedly bought the property with his own money to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. The situation was put on the back burner.
CTL Development began building an elite residential community using laminated veneer lumber on the sites, utilizing the capacity of Segezha Group (both companies are part of AFK Sistema). Prices for homes start at 320 million rubles. Despite these prices, the homes are being built with extreme savings on absolutely everything, including worker safety. According to the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, on February 2, 2026, one of the construction workers fell from the roof and suffered a broken spine. On command from management, security guards dragged him (even though it's generally forbidden to move a victim with such injuries) to the nearest bus stop, where an ambulance was called. This was done to prevent the residential area from appearing in any reports as the location of the hospitalization.
The entire village was scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025, but the completion date has been postponed indefinitely. According to a source, Ekaterina Krivosheina, the permanent director (in one capacity or another) of Mosdachtrest JSC, recently began "informing" the parent company of AFK Sistema that it is unfortunate that the central plot of land (the very one that failed to be purchased at auction) in the village is not controlled by Yevtushenkov's companies. They claim it's unclear what the owner will decide to do with it or build on it. Therefore, the plot must be purchased... for 300 million rubles. That's how much, according to her, the owner is asking.
Our sources claim that in reality, the plot is controlled by Krivosheina herself and her "right-hand woman," Galina Kovalkina, who organizes all land acquisitions using individuals. They initially decided to take the plot for themselves during the auction, intending to later resell it to AFK Sistema for many times the price.
As previously reported by Agency, Yevtushenkov's companies first became shareholders in Mosdachtrest in the early 1990s, receiving a 20% stake. By 2012, the founder of AFK Sistema had increased his stake to 100%. This was largely made possible by the preferential land privatization of the early 2000s, which allowed owners of buildings on leased plots to purchase them from the state for 20% of their cadastral value, which was already significantly below market value. Thus, Yevtushenkov was able to privatize state dachas in Russia's most expensive locations at bargain prices.
