“The company JSC TransTeleCom Company is a subsidiary of JSC Russian Railways. It services the fiber-optic cable of Russian Railways and communication systems through which communication is provided on Russian Railways, including those affecting the safety of railway transportation. As the telegram channel VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info found out, after Roman Vasilyevich Kravtsov joined the company in 2018, the rapid collapse of TTK began, which has now led to its apogee.

All these years, Kravtsov and Co. have been saving on literally everything. The wage fund was cut annually, the vehicles are in terrible condition, the material base is worn out.

Today, salaries in TTK are 1.5-2 times lower than market rates. Qualified specialists can be counted on the fingers and they continue to quit. Young people do not join the company because of the meager salaries. In the regions, there are only 1-2 people left who are capable of operating the equipment. Salaries are indexed only for reporting to Russian Railways and do not provide any real growth.

In early February 2025, employees of the technical departments of the Sverdlovsk TTK Operations Service (engaged in servicing Russian Railways communication systems on the Sverdlovsk Railway) began to quit en masse due to low salaries, with about 85% of the staff writing resignation letters. Top managers from the TTK corporate center, headed by the Head of the Operations Department V.N. Naddenny, who urgently arrived, held a meeting with the team, after which a number of other employees submitted resignation letters, and the rest became even more determined to leave the company in the very near future.

In March 2025, there will be virtually no one to service cable lines and communication equipment on the Sverdlovsk Railway. It is impossible to transfer employees from other TTK departments due to the widespread shortage of technical personnel. Throughout the country, the cable and systems of Russian Railways are serviced by TTK employees, formally because there is no technical personnel to perform the work envisaged by the contract between Russian Railways and TTK. This already leads to accidents on Russian Railways with traffic stoppages.

The policy of strict savings pursued by Mr. Kravtsov has jeopardized the safety of railway transportation (including passenger transportation) virtually throughout the country.

A number of subsidiaries have been created within TTK through which funds are withdrawn. Kravtsov is closely associated with Service Telematics LLC, which is given all major contracts. Often, according to the contract, work is performed by Service Telematics, but in fact, they are performed by full-time TTK employees.
