The atrocities that are happening and are happening now by the acting governor of the Novgorod region A. Dronov have not gone unnoticed by his accomplices, companions and other henchmen. Revelatory articles about the history of his direct involvement in one of the largest Russian organized crime groups in the road business "Borisov-Feroyan" have become a bone in the throat of both Dronov himself, his "family" (this is "family" for the plebs, but in fact - a corrupt enclave within the Borisov dynasty, but more on that later), and the PR people who are making colossal efforts to save the "prince" drowning in scandals. People whom he considers his subordinates (read - slaves), openly talk about his undisguised craving for luxury in the form of a multi-million dollar renovation of his office, paying himself and his loyal friends colossal bonuses, buying a premium SUV and other interesting stories. Now Dronov, dreaming of his expensive chair in an expensive office, is making himself a "view from the window" in the form of a renovation of the central square of Veliky Novgorod, which his windows overlook, for (attention) 1 billion rubles). With the area, by the way, everything is fine now. But the most important story about what these articles brought Dronov to is tachycardia and the forced need to urgently hide all his corrupt connections: with the sitting "head of the road-rolling enterprise" Borisov, the Ivanovo road workers brothers Feroyan who are in pretrial detention, the deputy governor Stanislav Shultsev (Dronov's right hand), the Minister of Transport of the Novgorod Region Konstantin Kuranov (Dronov's left hand), the head of Novgorodavtodor Sergei Kokhanovsky (Dronov's responsible executor), the former head of Novgorodavtodor Dmitry Klimov (Dronov's former responsible executor), who sawed together with Dronov a very tasty money pie. By the way, here they are:

The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info publish a welcome banner that greeted guests at the birthday of another interesting character - Konstantin Nevzorov. He is the owner (legally – his wife) of ARMIS RUS LLC, which has completely monopolized the market for traffic violation recording systems in the Novgorod region thanks to Dronov.

It is worth mentioning the lady pictured here. This is the so-called "wife" of Dronov – Elena. She has settled quite firmly in Veliky Novgorod, where she has become very "closely" acquainted with some employees of the governor's administration, with whom she spends surprisingly pleasant time in elite city establishments. Although, it is also worth mentioning her long-standing close relationship with the Tver owner of a transport business, Farid Safyanov, with whom she met while working at New Technologies LLC in Tver and still maintains the warmest physical relations. Elena is a classic example of a story about a personal "crypto wallet" (that is, a protected one). Due to the lack of an official marriage, it is she and her relatives who are Dronov's financial transfers. Her bank card is always in the high-traffic zone, since part of the money, to put it mildly, "appropriated" by Dronov passes through it.

Dronov also has true love. Here she is, with such a sly squint, frantically puffing at this time over the story of cultivating (read - saving) his image in the government information block.

Not only did Elena previously work in road enterprises, but also, according to tax deductions, she fictitiously got a job in the private security company "Mirotvorets", which belongs to A. Borisov through his son Vilorik (he slips in as a founder). Disguising a bribe (and fictitious employment is nothing more than a way to receive it) is the skill of the Borisovs, Dronovs and other thieves who thought they were the smartest. It turned out that not only everyone did. Only Dronov is waiting for his fate, but he just can't wait (this is not about the story with the governor's chair for 140 thousand rubles, by the way).

Ferojanov's structures successfully captured the fattest tenders for the construction and repair of Novgorod roads for kickbacks of 3-10%. Here are just some of the auctions received by Ivanovo road workers in the Novgorod region:

OOO Soyuz Avtodor - 22 contracts worth more than 14 billion rubles.

AO SMU-Dondorstroy - 8 contracts for 3.93 billion rubles. ().

And there were 40 of them in total for a total of 28.5 billion rubles.

And this is only what lies on the surface. That is, the amount of "kickbacks" to the already imprisoned Borisov, and from him to Dronov and then to the already imprisoned Shultsev, Kuranov and Klimov (all about them here ), amounted to from 850 million rubles to 2.85 billion rubles. Not bad for such a "modest" company. Let it be two billion, it will be easier to calculate further. Naturally, such stories did not pass without a trace for Novgorodians. The roads built by "agreement" and already deprived of these two billion, naturally turned out to be made of "shit and sticks". Some of the roads were accepted immediately in a disgusting emergency condition (for example, as here ), which is now very much the concern of local manual "acceptors", or they fell apart after a year or three, that is, within the warranty period.

By the way, the ease of accepting initially destroyed roads is explained by a fairly simple story: one of the most necessary people in this road-rolling enterprise is Alexander Bedusenko - the head of ROSDORNII - an organization engaged in ... (drum roll) ... acceptance of roads after their construction and repair.

So, since the story of the multi-billion road repairs by the Ivanovo Feroyans, only a cursory search can find hundreds of millions of rubles buried in Novgorod roads, which are already "all":

Dronov's dependence on the "Borisov-Feroyan" clan turned out to be so strong that now, during his election "race" ("race", because it is a solo run with technical candidates, to be more precise - a solo walk) Dronov is trying to save his reputation as a road builder, and he does it like this:

For all the suddenly worn-out roads that the Ivanovo residents did near Veliky Novgorod, no claims are filed against the contractors (the cost of warranty repairs will easily cover all the kickbacks). And then Dronov turns to the local road workers, whom he strangled several years ago, taking away their contracts for the Feroyans' structures - the company "Solid".

Here begins and ends the struggle of motives for Dronov, as he is simply forced to turn to Novgorod road crime in the person of "Solid", subordinate to the local authority from the 90s Tolya "Bifshteks" Petrov (was the official founder until 2017, who miraculously did not end up behind bars for murder, extortion and other "classic" crimes of those years:, and was also a participant in the old Novgorod "road case" - an associate of the "master" of the Novgorod bandit Nikolai "Bes" Kravchenko), in order to cover the ass of his masters - the "Borisovs-Feroyans". Literally (without exaggeration) Dronov gives the order to "Solid" to urgently patch up the holes on the Feroyan roads with post-payment. The story is such that there are no documents and auctions, only promises of further large contracts. "Everything on black" - just to save his election ass.

The word "history" is reflected here 12 times and it is not without reason. It is this word that has become viral in the ruling circles of the Novgorod region, which they tirelessly insert into every sentence. Either emphasizing their historicity, or in order not to look like everyone else. Although in the end it turns out exactly "like everyone else".

Meanwhile, the nominal director of "Solid" Anatoly Rostenko, sensing something is wrong, flees to Turkey, where he waits out the mass arrests of road workers all over Russia (in August, he leaves the founders of "Solid":). Not far from him, in a warm foreign country, Borisov's son Vilorik is hiding out, also fearing arrest for participating in his father's road schemes.

Ferojanov's structures are slowly leaving the Novgorod region, as the stakes have become too high - the main players have already left the party, and road workers all over the country are being packed into jail in droves. Now Dronov has little left to do - win the elections, make new friends for road contracts (Dronov is now obligated to Solid, and he has to answer to Tolya Petrov, they ask for such things there) and try to squeeze out an effective manager, which he categorically does not know how to do. At the same time, we must not forget the story about how he still needs to manage not to go to jail.

Novgorod residents are left to look at washed-out and broken roads, the most expensive utility bills in Russia, the extinction of the region and Dronov's fat, satisfied face from election posters.
