The nosediving construction company Samolet Group praises its residential complex "EcoBunino" in every way in its advertising brochures. (Until October 2023, the developer was MIC Group, which was later bought by Samolet Group). However, Samolet forgets to tell that the school promised to residents does not exist and there is no deadline for its opening. And the buildings (some are already occupied) were built with violations. There have already been cases of interfloor ceilings collapsing.

As a result, a serious social explosion is breaking out in the residential complex "EcoBunino" (Novomoskovsky Administrative District). As the deceived buyers of an apartment near Samolet told the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info telegram channel, despite the fact that the modern educational and training complex for 825 students and 200 preschoolers was built two years ago (it received an unclear sample of the permit for commissioning) and has finished facades, the children are forced to go to school every day to educational sites in other microdistricts on buses provided by the school and the education department.

The culprit is numerous construction violations that the developer company GC Samolet does not want to correct.

The microdistrict, consisting of 19 residential buildings, is actively being built and populated, more than 4,000 residents, young families with children have become its main residents since 2021, when they were promised developed infrastructure “within walking distance” under equity participation agreements. Since then, waiting for school has turned into a real epic for them.

The educational and training complex was built by the contractor Pantheon. In the summer of 2023, the facility even received all the documents necessary for commissioning - a permit for commissioning (PCO) and a certificate of conformity (COC). It would seem that the long-awaited opening is just around the corner. But it turned out that the building could not be handed over to the city due to a mass of defects and violations that could lead to the collapse of the UWC building.

"It looks like Samolet decided to hand over the facility on the principle of "just to get it over with." Now these violations do not allow the city authorities of Moscow to accept the facility. They simply cannot take defective goods that do not meet safety requirements onto their balance sheet. And our children continue to suffer in these buses," say residents.

For the fourth year in a row, school No. 338 has been transporting children from EcoBunino to school. More than 30 buses run daily for this purpose. Children spend precious time on the road, which affects their fatigue, academic performance and, in winter, their health.

Absolutely everyone is suffering: Children — because they are forced to get up at 6 am. Parents — because they cannot be sure of their safety on these trips. The guardian school — because it is forced to organize this logistical hell. It turns out that Samolet is building its houses, selling apartments and now pretending that it does not concern itself.

The situation looks especially cynical against the backdrop of active sales of apartments in new buildings in the residential complex. New buyers are still being painted with rosy prospects for life in a modern, well-maintained area, while keeping silent about the fact that several hundred children (according to the latest data, 700) are already deprived of the opportunity to study near their home.

The parent community demands that Samolet Group of Companies immediately eliminate all the shortcomings and hand over the school to the city in proper condition. Otherwise, residents are ready for large-scale protests and an appeal to the Mayor of Moscow, but Samolet Group of Companies is a commercial organization, which does not allow serious pressure to be put on it.

"For now, the "construction project of the century" for "Samolet" is turning into an endless road for children, but they don't want to go to a school that could collapse!" - said the interlocutors of the VChK-OGPU.
