This represents a bonus portion of Kabaeva's salary, and as chair of the NMG board of directors, she also received 450,000 rubles monthly in 2024 and continued to receive it in 2025. By the end of 2025, the bonus (paid in February-March) will likely be even larger. At least, it has been growing in recent years. Thus, by the end of 2022, Kabaeva received 375 million rubles (paid in March 2023), and by the end of 2023, the bonus was 451 million rubles (paid in February 2024). This makes Kabaeva one of the highest-paid top managers in Russia. According to recent leaks, at the end of 2024, she had 2.3 billion rubles in deposits at Rossiya Bank (main co-owner Yuri Kovalchuk). She had 33 million rubles in deposits at Novikombank (owned by Rostec), and 10.8 million rubles at SMP Bank.
