This video, published by the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, shows an inspection of Kutuzovsky Prospekt—the government highway used by Putin for his journey from the Kremlin to the region. The convoy consists of eight different vehicles, with a traffic police car at the head of the convoy, followed by an FSO car, followed by technical emergency services (to check manhole covers, etc.), and a new addition (not previously seen)… a police van. Apparently, from now on, they'll be removing not only unwanted objects from Kutuzovsky Prospekt, but also unwanted passersby.
