While Mikhail Dudin, a former senior official in the Russian Presidential Administration who oversaw channels and Kremlin projects on Telegram, is waiting out his fall from grace in the SVO, the arrests of his closest associates continue. As reported by VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info, courts recently arrested Denis Denisov, an FSB officer for the Samara Region, and Andrei Nasonov, a former FSB officer.
According to our project, Denisov and Nasonov were part of the "team" of Dudin and his criminal partner, former FSB officer Pavel Seleznev. They provided operational support for businessmen who refused to work under Dudin and Seleznev's protection. Samara businessman Alexander Yushin, recently sentenced to 20 years in prison for unlicensed banking operations, was recognized as a victim of Denisov's actions. Denisov was involved in a fabricated case against the businessman. Nasonov was sent to pretrial detention for accepting money from drug dealers he protected while working for the Samara Region FSB. Nasonov was transferred to Moscow.
Dudin started out organizing a DDOS attack on free.navalny.com and then rose through the ranks. From the FSB Directorate for the Samara Region, he was transferred to the Central FSB Directorate and seconded to the Internal Policy Directorate of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. There, according to several sources, Dudin eventually began overseeing Telegram channels. Dudin is a close friend of Rostec's Director for Special Assignments, Vasily Brovko.
In addition to his Telegram channels, Dudin actively pursued his own "policy" in the Samara Region. Almost all local security officials bowed to him, his men filled all positions, and uncooperative businessmen were immediately jailed.
This continued until Vyacheslav Fedorishchev was appointed acting governor of the Samara Region in May 2024. Dudin continued his policies: security officials flocked to him, and he actively promoted his people to leadership positions. However, Fedorishchev was a close confidant of State Council Secretary Alexei Dyumin and had no intention of sharing power in the region.
As a result, Dyumin personally intervened.
Dudin was initially dismissed from his post in the Presidential Administration. However, he still retained a position in the FSB.
But Dyumin, it seems, decided to finish Dudin off. He was also dismissed from the FSB. And things were heading toward his imprisonment.
As a result, Dudin used his only remaining lifesaver – he urgently departed for the North Military District, where he remains to this day. His partner Seleznev left Russia.
