According to the VChK-OGPU and Rucrimibnal.info, Artem Miller, owner of the Tomsk Oil Refinery and owner of the Altai Palace casino, has been arrested in Moscow, along with his accomplices, Yuri Zorin, a member of the board of directors of Sovfracht JSC, and Anastasia Pak, director of the legal department of Sovfracht JSC. They were taken into custody in connection with a case being handled by the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow. According to investigators, Miller, Zorin, and Pak fraudulently embezzled approximately 250 million rubles.
