VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered that sports cars and luxury foreign cars with license plate 057 from a "special stable" paid for by the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Anton Vaino, are used. Judging by one photo, he is personally behind the wheel and is escorted by the Federal Protective Service and the Traffic Police.

If anyone thought that the public outcry over a Lamborghini racing around Moscow, escorted by Federal Protective Service and the Traffic Police, was caused by something, they are gravely mistaken. The "kings of life" in high places have long since stopped taking public opinion into account. Literally a day after the scandal, a similar motorcade (FSO, Traffic Police), this time with an Aston Martin, was spotted on the streets of Moscow. This same Aston Martin had previously raced around the city with that same Lamborghini under the cover of the Federal Protective Service and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.

We previously reported on the "special stable" where officials and top managers of state corporations keep their "Swallows" and noted that many of the cars there had the numbers 057 in their license plates. We assumed these were the company numbers of the special stable, belonging to Armen Sargsyan's Federal State Unitary Enterprise Avtobaza No. 2 LLC. Some cars with the license plate 057 were registered to this LLC. But we were mistaken. Sports cars with other fancy license plates, such as 007, are also registered to "Federal State Unitary Enterprise Avtobaza No. 2." The 057 license plate has been used by Anton Vaino's family for over 15 years. For example, a Mercedes-Benz ML GLE with the 057 license plate was registered to the head of the Russian Presidential Administration's mother, Tatyana Yezhevskaya, back in 2011. This license plate was later transferred to a Tesla.

Vaino's stepfather, Viktor Yezhevsky, is the insurer of a Mercedes Brabus AMG with the 057 license plate.

This car is kept in a special stable.

As for other exclusive cars with the 057 license plate, their registration is more complex, but there is no doubt that they belong to Vaino. The Aston Martin, for example, has the 057 license plate. It was insured by Rostec employee Ekaterina Dedova. Vaino not only serves on the state corporation's Supervisory Board Rostec, but he's also very close to Sergei Chemezov, who once lobbied for him to become head of the Russian Presidential Administration. We found a photo of this Aston Martin, showing the driver. The photo is blurry when enlarged and of poor quality, but if you put on Vaino's sunglasses, he looks very much like the Aston Martin driver.

As for the Lamborghini that Vaino was racing, apparently driven by Vaino, in 2024, Petr Dneprovsky, director of Sberbank's Government Products and Services division (a close friend of Herman Gref), registered a 2022 Ford Mustang in his name. However, the registration documents show a dash next to the license plate. Only in May 2025 did Dneprovsky register compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance for the Mustang, which is where the license plate appeared. A year later, this license plate was found on a Lamborghini, and all indications are that Dneprovsky is formally involved with this car. But during the races With an Aston Martin under FSO and traffic police protection, the Lamborghini was clearly not driven by Dneprovsky, who isn't entitled to such protection. His boss, Gref, has it. Apparently, Vaino and Gref decided to take their "Swallows" from the "special stable" for a spin that day.
